Monthly Rentals in Kichik Zira

It's a very quaint house. It's on the fourth floor and there's no lift, which could be an issue for some. The house was very affordable for F1 week, it was clean and well maintained. Shahin and his mom were very helpful, proactive communication. The location is very great, there's metro and bus stops very close. There are grocery shops and restaurants close by too.

Great host and perfect apartment. Spotless and clean, makes you feel at home.

Rufat was genuinely a good person and host. Upon arrival: very friendly welcomed me, showed me around, explained where everything was, helped me to get a Metro card, I felt he went the extra mile here when he took me to the metro station to do this. The apartment location: its not the center of city. Its a residential area. I think If you want to experience like real life in Azerbaijan is a good place. The metro is like a 15 minute walk and then you have some stops until you get to the center. Now, the walk to the metro has like some sort of park or garden just outside of a residential area, its very relaxing to walk there, it became my morning routine and really enjoyed this, they have all kinds of plants even Olive trees. There is a lot fo cheap good food around his place, too bad I dont remember the names, but If you walk around and step in to eat you will like. In the last day there was a problem with the hot water, but Rufat sent his father there to fix it.
