Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kifisia

The host mother Sara arranged for us to be picked up at the airport, and was very friendly and had arranged everything very well. The cottage had everything. There are coffee, cold and warm beverages, fruit, chargers, toothpaste, shampoo, ,everything you might need. The bed was very comfy, and we slept very well. We will for shure book the cottage again, next time we visit this area.

Сама квартира удобна, все функционально, с современными технологиями, особо понравился декор квартиры( возможно ручными изделиями), кухня оснащена всей необходимой бытовой техникой. И вообще все продумано до мелочей. Я осталась довольна своим выбором. Хотелось бы особо отметить предупредительность и гостеприимство хозяина. Еще по пути к дому , уже были получены четкие инструкции и весьма полезные советы касательно достопримечательностей и еды. С удовольствием вернулась бы еще раз Спасибо хозяевам - господину Трифоносу

Kleio's hospitality and graciousness as a host was truly the highlight of staying at her property. She clearly went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and taken care of, especially after a long overseas flight or after a long day of hiking around Athens or nearby cities. She had ample supplies a weary traveler might need or forgotten on hand. We are super grateful for the attention to detail Kleio put into thinking about her guests. The location was ideal for launching off on daily adventures and delightful to come back to after exploring all day and into the night. Simply a perfect location and property beautifully appointed and maintained. Hands down one of the best AirBnB stays I have had. Don't hesitate in selecting this place. Book ASAP.....

This apartment is just WOW, whether you are sitting on the front verandah or on the top deck. The view of Acropolis is just breathing. Gianni is the best host ever. His responses were super fast and helpful. He can help with food, islands, what to do, wine etc. Apartment was so comfortable, that we didn't want to leave. Gianni has everything what you need. Not going to mention, olive oil, spices, the herbs etc. We were so grateful to stay there and can't wait to go back again. Thank you so much for all your help, Gianni.

To był niesamowity pobyt. Timos jest jednym z najlepszych gospodarzy u jakich miałem szansę nocować. Wszystko było perfekcyjnie. Wzorowy kontakt, mieszkanie było idealnie czyste, masa pięknych i funkcjonalnych dodatków ( jak np kapcie hotelowe, czy kosmetyki pod prysznic). Kilka minut spaceru do promenady, plaży i lokalnych (pysznych) restauracji. Zostaliśmy przywitani jak rodzina a nie jak klienci i tak czuliśmy się przez cały pobyt :) Bardzo polecam!

I don't have enough words that can truly capture how beautiful of a person Nansy is. This was my second time staying at her Airbnb along with my husband and mother-in-law. Once again, Nansy was extremely communicative and responsive. She went above and beyond and picked us up at the airport and arranged our transportation back. Nansy and her family are so kind and loving people. The apartment is always super clean! What I appreciate about Nansy is that even though you may have a short stay (we stayed only for one night) she treats you like you are staying a week at a kingdom. I have left a positive review before and nothing has changed -- I highly recommend Nansy's airbnb. You won't regret it! Thank you Nansy. :)

This was a great find for us, close to the airport after a late night arrival, Google maps got us to the right place first time and it was a lovely family farmhouse. Clean and comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. The courtyard was a gorgeous spot for breakfast and so was the patio outside the kitchen. We met the hosts who were friendly and kind especially when we managed to lock ourselves out!

The hosts were very nice people. The apartment was beautiful and clean. The apartment’s location was excellent — in a quiet, very local area with a pleasant and safe atmosphere. It was very good and highly recommended. As two women who have been to Greece many times, this is one of the best places we’ve stayed in so far. we needed to stay for more time because of a personal reasons and they immediately let us extend our stay in the apartment. Thank you so much for everything!!

le logement est fidèle aux photos : très propre et spacieux. l'hôtel est réactif : très bonne communication. l'emplacement est un peu éloignée du centre ville touristique mais sans surprise c'était bien indiqué dans l'annonce. à recommander !

We had a wonderful stay! Spyros was approachable, considerate, and very supportive throughout. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It also had easy access to everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Sotiris’ place was great. Super clean and had all the amenities to make it feel like a home while travelling. Even the little touches were really appreciated. Only a short walk to Psirri. Thanks Sotiris for accommodating us and would recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter and I had a stop over trip in Athens and this accommodation is in the best location for exploring the city on foot. The Acropolis was virtually in our backyard and super easy to get to from the house, even exploring the Plaka was a 10-15 min walk away from us (an absolute must to see). Checking in was a breeze and the instructions left no room for confusion. The pictures listed were as accurate as can be and the bed was super comfortable, almost impossible to get out of in the morning. The host was super responsive and didn’t have to wait more than 30-40 mins for a response. The restaurants and cafes were so good we came back almost every night. If we visit again we know where we’ll stay!

We had a very short stay, just overnight, but Akis was kind enough to meet us late and show us the place. Amazing view of the Acropolis from the balcony! Felt very private. The host also gave us lots of local recommendations, which we wish we could have stayed longer to experience, but we had an early ferry trip. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Athens! Thanks for having us, it was perfect!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war super – schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders nett fanden wir, dass wir sogar früher einchecken durften. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, in der wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Πολύ όμορφο και τακτοποιημένο σπίτι,σε ήσυχη γειτονιά.. Η κυρία Σύλβια απαντούσε αμέσως στα μυνήματα μου. Παρόλο που η άφιξη μας έγινε το βράδυ,μας περίμενε ο μπαμπάς της οικοδέσποινας να μας παραδώσει ο ίδιος τα κλειδιά και να μας εξηγήσει για τα απαραίτητα.Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία.

Le logement était parfait. La communication était très bonne et l’accueil aussi. Nous avons eu de belles suggestions de resto et autres. Le parc en face était très beau. Le métro était proche et allez en ville était facile ! Merci ! Je recommande !!!

If you’re thinking about visiting Athens, make sure to stay in Kolonaki in this beautiful apartment! You will love the cozy feel but modern finishings, the beautiful large balcony with views is a big bonus. The apartment is very clean, and also has essentials in the kitchen for your stay. The host is always there to answer questions and is responsive. The locked door to the lobby and keys kept in locked boxes adds to the feeling of security. We would stay again!

Un très bon séjour conforme aux attentes et à 30 minutes en transport du centre culturel d'Athènes. Très pratique et agréable pour y vivre, literie très confortable. L'appartement est très bien, l'hôte est réactif aux messages et très aidant. Cependant, les alentours sont peu rassurant mais le gros inconvénient est que le quartier est très bruyant. De matin comme de nuit, la route juste à côté et le train font beaucoup de bruits avec beaucoup de klaxon. Dans l'appartement on entend pas grand chose car bien isolé, heureusement pour dormir mais sur la terrasse pour discuter, regarder une série ou profiter du jacuzzi c'est dérangeant. L'appartement, l'hôte et la proximité avec le centre sont parfaits et on a vraiment passé un bon séjour dans l'appartement. Merci à l'hôte pour son accueil, sa réactivité, ses conseils durant le séjour et son bel appartement.

דירה נחמדה מאוד במיקום נוח עם נוף נפלא לאקרופוליס ולאצטדיון. מרפסת מדהימה וכיפית למפגש חברים (המעקה נמוך מידי לילדים). בהחלט מומלץ!

This was our last stop on our honeymoon trip. The most perfect spot, the photos don’t do this place justice of the view of the Acropolis. All sight seeing attractions are so close! Incredibly well stocked apartment with such a thoughtful host. Not a bad word to stay about this place, we would stay here again in a heart beat!
