Holiday rentals with a patio in Kifisia

We had a great time in this apartment! Beautifully designed space with an amazing view of Athens. Hot tub was very clean and easy to use! Kitchen and bathroom were supplied with everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day. Hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with - loved this place! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

This was a beautiful place to stay! Close to trains and shops. Giannis was a brilliant host extremely accommodating. The apartment was perfect for all 4 of us. Perfectly heated. I would love to stay here again.

I booked this place last minute because we wanted to be near the airport for our flight out. The location is perfect, and was surprised how big and spacious the place is. We had already returned our rental car but there’s restaurants not far and a taxi cost about 5 euros each way. We ate at Miteran (not sure on spelling) that was amazing. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Athens at Matias place. The apartment is small yet has everything you need for a few days in Athens. The terrace is stunning and we especially liked the neighborhood, which is not frequented by many tourists and allowed us to dive in with the locals. Public transport is however close and takes you super fast to the city center. The host welcomed us personally (which we loved a lot, since we are used to anonymous check ins already) and left us with many great recommendations. And if you are worried you might fall out of the loft bed, don’t be! We slept super well 😍

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

We stayed as a family (2 adults and 2 children) in the apartment using the sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed. Our stay was very comfortable. The house was really super clean, quiet, and had everything you need for your stay. The yard was perfect for kids to play and a little outside. Being able to park right next door was also very convenient. Andreas was very direct in communication and very helpful. Our experience overall was impeccable!

Where can I even start? Ioannis was absolutely amazing! Helped with everything. Couldn’t ask for a better host! His place is stunning, modern and with a lovely balcony ideal to spend chill evenings at. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Athens because the location is truly great. Two minute walk to Lidl and like two minutes more to get to train station with two lines of trains. There are lovely and affordable restaurants in walkable distance. Truly everything you could ever want out of a AirBnb.

Clean accommodation and inside the apartment and outside the surrounding area. Very beautiful garden, very well maintained. Friendly and direct host, he was there for whatever we needed with a good mood. All those who offered services at the accommodation were helpful. Excellent location, very convenient for any activity, easy access everywhere, in the center of Athens, to museums, cultural sites, entertainment venues, restaurants. I highly recommend Marios' accommodation. I will choose it again.

Great host excellent communication very clean apartment. Just next door to lovely coffee shop and close to great restaurants.

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Clara was friendly, with a beautiful home that was well stocked for everything we needed.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

We had a great time here! Panayotis was very helpful, and had lots of recommendations! We stayed here the night before our ferry to the islands and it made for a very convenient trip in the morning. We grabbed dinner to-go and enjoyed it on the rooftop deck (for sure a highlight of our trip, and a memory we will have forever!). The only hiccup we had was finding the apartment on our way in. Although I think that was more our fault and not the host’s. Just a heads up if you decide to book I would definitely take them up on their offer to pick you up or take a taxi. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here! ☺️

This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Apartment fully equipped in quiet district next to beautiful park. There are shops within walking distance for basic shopping and the National Defense metro station is within 15 minutes walking distance. Three people are comfortably accommodated. The host is very kind and helpful.

An amazing stay! The host made us feel so welcomed and so at home. The sweetest people ever. The place was beautiful and had modern and up to date technology. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. It was only a 10 minute walk to the metro and the host offered to drive us to the metro for free. If we return to Athens, we will definitely be staying here again! 10/10 experience.

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.

It is a 5-minute walk from the subway station. Among the Airbnbs I've used so far, this one has the highest satisfaction. There is a terrace and a veranda, so the ventilation is very good, the daylight is good, and the view of the Acropolis and the sunset are very beautiful. The house was so clean and tidy, and I felt how meticulously and carefully it was managed and prepared because it had everything I needed. There were local restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and pharmacies nearby, and it was a station area, so I was able to go sightseeing comfortably. The host is quick to respond, flexible, and generous, so I want to go back to Athens because of the accommodation. I'm coming to Athens again in a while, but I was so disappointed that I had to book another accommodation because it was already booked. Thank you to the hosts for making the best stay!!
