We stayed at Ruth’s for a few days while traveling through Nairobi. The unit is really spacious, with large bedrooms, private bathrooms, high ceilings, balconies, great location and has a lot of amenities. It’s a great place for a no fuss stopover in Nairobi! Ruth was a great host as well. She was prompt with responses and really delivered a white glove, professional experience. One note is that housekeeping comes every morning to clean and wash. Ruth was also amenable to adjust the timing of this as we needed, as it was a bit early for us on one of our days. Otherwise, it was nice to not have to worry about cleaning the unit, but was also something we weren’t used to. We definitely book again!

Tom has by far been the best host I’ve ever experienced in my years of being on Airbnb. He was extremely helpful and accommodating for the entire time I was there and after. The pictures of the flat do not do it justice. The balcony is an absolute win. The place had all the amenities you could possibly need, it was like moving in to someone’s very nice very clean and put together flat . Security was unmatched also. Honestly, this Airbnb was everything and I couldn’t be more grateful to Tom for all of his help

From the moment I arrived, I could feel the energy of intention in every corner of the space, especially in the bookshelf, which honestly deserves its own review. As a writer and PhD student, that part alone was nourishing. And then there’s the meditation room. I’d never even imagined such a space in a home, let alone spent time journaling in one. It’s shifted something in me. I came to Nairobi to celebrate a birthday and ended up reconnecting with my future self. Thank you, Michelle, for sharing so much of yourself with your guests. You’ve truly created something special.

We had a fantastic stay! The property is tastefully decorated and felt like a home away from home - warm, inviting, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and just as described. Henry, the caretaker, was incredibly helpful and went over and beyond to store our luggage as we had a late flight, which allowed us to explore Nairobi for a few more hours. Betty and Jackie, the cleaners, were excellent - thorough, friendly, and professional. Their care and attention to detail really made a difference. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Highly recommended!

I was absolutely blown away by this Airbnb! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated with rich cultural touches, and so cozy and comfortable—it truly felt like a home away from home. We arrived, after landing at the airport at 3 am, extremely early with an Uber and had no problems at all checking in and catch some needed sleep immediately. The apartment is cozy, practical and has everything you might need. We had a mild problem with the laundry machine, which was sold swiftly due to excellent communication with the host. Also, after we forgot important items after our checkout, the host deposited them at the security for us to retrieve them later on our tour through the country. I can definitely recommend this accommodation for a stay in Nairobi.

Amazing location and a beautiful accommodation to stay at in Nairobi. The appartement was clean, modern and comfortable. The host Kyalo, was very friendly and helpful. He recommended some spots to visit in the area. In overall, a great stay and I would definitely visit Kyalo's spot again :)

Great host. Good location. Clean, apart from a couple stains on the bed. Also didn’t like that you have to take the trash out while still paying cleaning fees.

Grace's place is conveniently located within walking distance to great restaurants and the Lavington shopping mall.

We had a wonderful stay at Jane’s apartment in Nairobi! The location was perfect—very central and convenient for getting around the city. The building’s security gave us great peace of mind, and the apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. When a small issue came up during our stay, Jane was quick to respond and resolved it right away, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely stay here again. The apartment was centrally located and fairly easy check in with good security on the property. There’s grocery store and fresh fruit market right outside which makes it really feel like home.

Shelmith's place stood out in the listings because of its value and we're so glad we booked! Beautiful apartment with lots of space, storage, natural light, spotlessly clean and lovely design features. Mostly we loved it because it was cozy, quiet, in green surrounds, tight security and walking distance or short uber to all you might need. Great bed, comfy sofas, huge TV and a fully stocked kitchen. Shelmith was a responsive and super friendly host and no question was too much. We extended our stay and can't wait to come back next time. Found a keeper for future Nairobi trips 😊
