Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. Although close to other buildings where we live, it is completely private. Access is via two short flights of sturdy steps leading to a balcony. Kilkenny city is a 20-minute drive away, but a car is essential as there is no public transport. An ideal place to retreat and unwind.
