E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

The Corner House is in the heart of Kilmacthomas village, a few minutes walk from Main Street where you will find eateries, EV charge points, shops and access to the beautiful Greenway walking and cycling route. A bright, airy family friendly house with private driveway, beautiful walled garden to relax in, cosy lounge and well-equipped spacious kitchen-diner with utility room including washing machine and tumble dryer. Kilmacthomas is the half-way point on the Waterford Greenway (46km of former railway line from Waterford City to Dungarvan). Entry to the Greenway is just opposite the property. Situated a two minute walk to the local supermarket, cafe, pub and fish and chip shop. No smoking. No Pets. 2 nights minimum stay.

Just 10 min by car from Waterford city centre you are right at the heart of the south east, the perfect base to explore the famous sites of county Waterford, county Kilkenny, county Tipperary and county Wexford. Visit the beautiful gardens of Mount Congreve or Woodstock gardens. The barn has an open plan layout, where you can relax beside the cosy stove and plan your next day’s adventure.
