E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

Furry friends are welcome! Our groundfloor farmhouse is located less than 2km from many of Comeragh mountain walking routes Our location makes our home very special, we look directly onto the Comeragh mountains, 5 minutes drive from Kilclooney wood and Coumsingaun lake walk. We are a short drive from Crough woods and Mahon falls. Clonea strand, Bunmahon and Stradbally beaches are a 20 minute drive. After a busy day you can look forward to relaxing at the fire side or outside in nature.
