E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

A perfect base to explore the Copper Coast, its many beaches and the Comeragh Mountains all within 10km. The property is situated in a quiet residential area making it suitable for all. We have a strict NO parties or loud music rule! If hiking, biking, walking, running, surfing, exploring or just relaxing is your thing, No 34 will tick all the boxes!

The Corner House is in the heart of Kilmacthomas village, a few minutes walk from Main Street where you will find eateries, EV charge points, shops and access to the beautiful Greenway walking and cycling route. A bright, airy family friendly house with private driveway, beautiful walled garden to relax in, cosy lounge and well-equipped spacious kitchen-diner with utility room including washing machine and tumble dryer. The Outhouse is located in our garden and guests have use of a private outdoor sitting area and parking . Stradbally village and both village beaches are 5 and 10 minutes walk away. The coastline between Stradbally and Tramore is stunning and unspoilt and the Comeragh Mountains are only a short drive. Access to the Greenway and bike hire is a 10 minute drive. The medieval seaside town of Dungarvan is a 20 minute drive, and the medieval city of Waterford is 35 minutes.
