Where do I even begin! This penthouse was the best part of our Mangalore trip. We were 4 girls and felt completely safe and taken care of and blown away by the beauty of the space. The location is unreal, right on the beach. You can hear the waves, feel the breeze, and just be. The house is super clean, spacious, and has everything you need. The deck deserves a special mention, it’s massive, peaceful, and perfect for lounging, reading, sipping tea, or just watching the ocean for hours. Honestly, you don’t need to leave the property to have a good time. It’s a destination in itself. Special shoutout to Mr. Jayram, the caretaker, he went above and beyond, even stepping out in heavy rain to help us. Ask him for food and cab recos, he’s a lifesaver! Honestly, the trip was amazing because of this property. Can’t wait to come back just for this stay.

This place is like a gem.. trust me. Beautifully located bang opposite to the beach. the apartment is super spacious and exceeded our expectations. we wanted privacy, poshness and cleanliness and Priyanka's apartment had it all. Priyanka is a very responsive and a very helpful host. she gave us all the information visitors need.. and without me even asking for it. I think this is wonderful. The caretakers really take good care of you. Secluded beach at 25metres from property entrance.. with nobody to bother you. clean n spotless beach. totally recommend this place to everyone.. get away from the hustle n bustle of the city and stay at this apartment.. you will thank me later. definitely going there again.. my wife and I loved it! thank you Priyanka for being a 7 star host!!

Sabiya's accommodation Seagull 2 was very comfortable and the place is not too far away from the beach and the house is surrounded by trees and is located in a calm neighborhood. Regular buses ply to Udupi, Kundapura on one side and towards Mangalore city on the other. The host was responsive to my queries and quick to resolve my needs. There are restaurants delivering via swiggy, BigBasket delivers here as well. Overall I'm satisfied and will come back again for sure. Thank you Sabiya for hosting me 🙏🏽
