Monthly Rentals in Kimberworth

The apartment was exactly as described with most of the amenities you could need for a long term stay. Looked well taken care of and was generally clean upon arrival. The location was great and I didn't encounter any problems with external noise - you do hear noise from the corridors such as doors opening/closing although this is largely to be expected. There was a slight damp smell in the bathroom, not sure if this is down to the drains or the ventilation system not working correctly (it didn't seem to be doing anything). The hot water appeared slightly cloudy and white, but likely due to hard water. Lots of storage space, fully equipped kitchen with many appliances and lots of counter space. Many power outlets around the room which was very useful. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive to any questions I had, and the checkin/checkout process was very quick. Overall great value for money and would highly recommend.

Great stay, Very tidy little place, Co op is across the road, Steven provided great detail about local area and the Electric charging was very convenient to recharge my car after a long drive. Great location and value!
