Newly built house of 60 sqm by a lake in a quiet location. Open plan living room and kitchen with open sleeping loft. There is one bedroom with a double bed and two beds in the sleeping loft. The house is located with free and open location by the lake. There is a deck around the house. In the same bay there is no more house. Boat and private swimming jetty are available and possibility to rent a sauna. Swimming is easiest from the jetty. The house is located on a private forest property 2 km from country road. The location is very secluded. Lake Drögen is 10 km long and rich in fish.

The farmhouse at Falla skole is located 25 kilometers north of Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's world. The house is located on our property and is on two floors. Here you live in a lovely rural village environment. The farmhouse has a newly renovated kitchen and a sauna with relax room. You have access to a large fenced garden and a large terrace with wooden floors. A few minutes walk away is a child-friendly swimming area with jetty. The farmhouse is suitable for both children and adults. Here you can enjoy scenic surroundings with nice hiking opportunities.

Close to nature cabin for activity and relaxation. An easily accessible cottage without the risk of congestion with unique lake views, beach and hiking opportunities. The cottage is state of the art, has running water, WC, shower and sauna. It consists of a kitchen and a living room. There is a deck with a lake view, there you can start the day with birds chirping and enjoy morning coffee. The cottage shares a child-friendly cozy beach. During your stay, you will have peace of mind and without congestion, experience the genuine Småland nature.

A lakefront paradise in a historic cottage from 1678 – with your own jetty! Here you live undisturbed in the middle of nature, only 50 meters from the water. Take a morning swim, fish or relax by the dock in the evening sun. The cottage has character, soul and a magical atmosphere. On the plot there is also a large guest house in a charming converted barn – perfect for family or friends who want to vacation together but still have privacy. Close to forest, swimming, berry picking, hiking trails and Astrid Lindgren's World.

Stuga and Rimforsa.

A nice accommodation in Rimforsa near the lake Åsunden and Järnlunden where it is nice to swim, canoe and fish. We have a kitchen with all the amenities, bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi, patio with barbecue and a sofa bed in case one or two people want to come along. Shop, restaurant & swimming area are within walking distance. Activities: Hiking, boating, tennis, paddle, viewpoints, rock climbing, caves, MTB facility, skating (winter), canoeing, cycling and fishing. Bicycles and canoes are available to borrow.

Källvik, Gammalskeda

Here you can relax in peace and quiet but still be close to shops and other facilities. You have large areas with lawns and the proximity to the forest with nice walks right outside the door. Child-friendly nice swimming area is on the other side of the lake 1.5 km from the house. The house has three bedrooms upstairs with 2 beds in each room. On the ground floor there is a toilet, toilet, toilet and kitchen with all necessary equipment for your stay, in the basement there is a washing machine and shower room

Welcome to our spacious and cozy summer house! The house is almost 100 years old with lots of old charm! Private location with large garden in charming village 30 min from Astrid Lindgrens world. Close to swimming , hiking trail and wild and beautiful nature. The Östgötaleden runs through the village. Large social areas suitable for one to two families. Four working tiled stoves. Fast Wi-Fi throughout the house Pets are allowed In the village there is a grocery store - ICA and a nice swimming area.

Vårt lugna och stilrena hus ligger centralt i Åtvidaberg med gångavstånd till bad, golfbana, affärer, restauranger, skogsområden och många andra aktiviteter. Det friliggande huset ligger på tomten till vårt större boningshus med tillgång till uteplats och parkering. I närområdet finns många utflyktsmål. Nära till Linköping, Norrköping och Västervik. Ca 2,5h till Stockholm och ca 3h till Göteborg. Huset passar bäst det upptäckande/aktiva paret eller den lilla familjen. Vi hjälper gärna med info.

Huset som är nyrenoverat och modernt inrett ligger ca 25 minuter från Astrid Lindgrens Vimmerby och ca 50 minuter från Västervik och den småländska skärgården. Här finns alla bekvämligheter och från trädgården leder en stig till den magiska skogen, en plats för barn o vuxna, för lek och kontemplation. Båt i egen liten sjö ingår och barnvänlig badplats når man på 10 minuter.
