This magical treehouse was built by Pete Nelson 25 years ago and recently renovated with help from his crew. It sits in living trees on our 5 acre property next to its own little pond and fountain. It has a bathroom with sink and toilet, hot water outdoor shower, wifi, heat, AC & more! Enjoy the outdoor space with, hammocks, grill and fire pit by the pond. Blvd. to Seward Park offering its old-growth forest and pretty lakeside loop just one mile away. A short walk takes you to coffee shops and vibrant Columbia City is just 1.4 miles away with a convenient light rail station in the center of town.

The Treehouse

Relax and explore in a gorgeous mid century cabin nestled amongst the cedars and fir. The treehouse has big windows looking out at the forest to your private creek. It’s a lovely secluded one bedroom with a huge rock fireplace, reading nook, 100% organic cotton sheets, unscented eco friendly soap, and free internet. Take a hike down to the creek, or just open a window and let the babbling brook lull you to sleep at night. There’s nothing like watching the rain fall from your private hot tub.
