Waterfront holiday rentals in Kings Beach

Great last minute booking to get out of the heat. 1 minute walk to the private beach, 2 pools to use, great space inside with a pull out sleeper couch if needed. Highly recommend and will be back again. We live in El Dorado County so stay in SLT often and this is one we will put at the top of the list with the beach access and amenities

I had a wonderful stay here! Everything was accurate, private, peaceful, and near virtually everything! Couldn’t have asked for a better solo, relaxing vacation!

The owner proactively communicates and is very friendly! The place seriously sleeps 4 adults, as there is a futon and convertible 8 foot couch in the living room! Lakefront Village is an amazing location! Will look to return to this unit and recommend it to all of our friends and family!

Walking to lake front but not sandy beaches (those are just a short drive). Clean and quiet place. They added additional towels since we were 4 guests. Note, the bed in the other room is a double bed (as described in the listing), which is a full size bed smaller than queen. Worked for us, but something to keep in mind. It creaks just a bit when you get in / get up. Kitchen was well stocked with basics -- oil, salt, spices, utensils etc. Bedding was ample and comfortable. We went when it was cool, the heater worked well. Some things that could improve: we found soap/shampoo in the closet, but may be provide conditioner and lotion as well, this seems to be a standard in airbnbs. I generally carry some when traveling so this wasn't an issue for us.

Amazing complex with a private dock, fire pit, pool and hot tub, private little beach. All was amazing, easy to walk to restaurants and overall great stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay and great communication.

amazing location steps from the lake!

Amazing lakefront property and best place we’ve stayed in Tahoe yet! Incredible views from the main living space. Ryan, the host was extremely accommodating and responsive our entire stay. The use of paddle boards and the dock was a hit with our kids. We paddled to Garwoods, a must on every visit for our family. We had everything we needed from beach towels to kitchen utensils & the bbq. We are very appreciative to Ryan & his family for sharing their lake house with us to make our own memories and we hope to return in the future!

Wonderful setting and home. Very central to all things in north shore/Tahoe City. We had an issue with water - the city struck a water main - and the host was very responsive in getting us info which was so appreciated. A relaxing week for sure.

Our stay at the Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The home was comfortable making it a joy to return to after our daily adventures. Everything was spotless clean, and a peaceful atmosphere made for a truly relaxing getaway. I was especially thrilled with the river being just outside the house, which set a relaxing atmosphere. We especially appreciated how kid-friendly the space was; it really made traveling with our little ones so much easier. Highly recommend this Airbnb and to anyone just looking for a peaceful and kid-friendly getaway. The Hosts were amazing as well as very responsive and offered an early check in and late check out. Great location/setting on the water. Nice grassy area w/seating above the beach. Its an easy property to immediately feel comfortable in: Kitchen was straight forward to work in and the dinning and living rooms were spacious & relaxed w/nice views. Heater worked well and quietly. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. 5 minutes to Tahoe City (south) and 5 minutes to Cornelian Bay - lots of beaches and parks near by.

We had a wonderful time staying here for our family weekend getaway! Host was timely and consistent in responses with a ready-made guide to local attractions, resources, and clear check-in/check-out instructions - never felt like I was left hanging whenever I had questions. Full view of the lake from the back deck and dining room window which is stunning, made my amateur photographer father very happy! We stayed in February and really appreciated the thoughtful winter-ready amenities like space heaters in the upstairs rooms, extra quilts, and heated mats on the walkway leading up to the front door outside. EV charging a plus as well. Parking a bit tricky with a small driveway (have to park back to front if more than one vehicle) but honestly with all the pluses, this shouldn’t be a dealbreaker. Overall a family-friendly Airbnb for kiddos and older family members alike, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful stay in Lake Tahoe! The beach and pool are just out the back door. The condo complex is family friendly and our toddler loved playing in the water. Unit is located just a short walk from a marina, shops and restaurants. Unit was well-stocked with cooking essentials and was immaculately clean. It was warmer than expected so we did miss the A/C, but the unit had many fans to keep it breezy (we were able to set one up in every room). Overall had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The cabin was exactly like the photos and was perfect for our family. The kids loved the ping pong table and other games, and we also enjoyed the hot tub. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The town of Truckee is very close and has great shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again if and when we return.

Linda's place was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed, with good quality of tableware. Everything is exactly as described. Very well maintained and clean condo. My family and I had a great time, we hope it is available next time we go to Incline Village! Thank you Linda!

It's a beautiful place in a great location--a 5 mintue walk from Boreal, and a very short drive to other ski resorts, such as Royal Gorge, where we went. the layout of the condo is nice, with the public spaces on a separate floor from the two bedrooms. The amenities were all very nice; in addition, Lisa and Jason were very responsive when we had questions about miscellaneous things. The whole complex was very quiet as well.

Jordan’s place was fantastic!!! The location is perfect and with that private beach?! 10/10!!! Jordan is also very responsive and has wonderful recommendations! Definitely book a vacation here, you won’t regret it. Will definitely be back!

Great place for skiing at Palisades

This is our second time staying at Anne’s condo. It’s always clean and has everything we need for our family of 6. Anne is always super responsive if we have questions or issues. Love this place!

With all the simple check in messages there was, we really had no reason to bug the hosts. What is in the description is what you get. Great place and surroundings…. We would definitely stay here again…. Super cozy and quiet place….

We had the best time visiting Tahoma, and Stephanie’s home couldn’t have been more perfect. The views from the house and patio were absolutely breathtaking — a true Tahoe dream. Inside, the home was spotless, cozy, and well-appointed. We especially loved cooking in the kitchen, which was fully stocked with everything we needed. The neighbors were incredibly friendly, and the overall vibe was welcoming and peaceful. The private beach and dock gave us easy access to the stunning blue waters of the lake — a huge bonus. We also enjoyed nearby Sugar Pine Park, just a short jog or drive away, where we saw some of the biggest trees we’ve ever encountered. The local Tahoma market and nearby restaurants made it easy to stay close without ever feeling like we were missing out. We can’t wait to return — already planning to book again next summer!
