TAXES ARE INCLUDED IN THE NIGHTLY PRICE! My cottage is very modern and unique; it sits on a private 5 acre lot surrounded by woods overlooking Middle lake with stunning sunrises. Enjoy being engulfed by nature with the comfort of everyday amenities including a hot tub and even an arcade with over 800 retro games! Lake is now accessible via private path from yard. About a 5min walk. Canoe is away for the winter. Ski Martock/Ontree, Bent Ridge Winery are within a 10min drive from Chalet Hamlet.

Private Cabin, Black River Lake

Unwind at this lakefront retreat. The cabin is very private and comfortable. It is an excellent spot for swimming, boating and sunsets. There are two SUP's, a double kayak, a single kayak, and lifejackets. It also has a firepit and firewood to have bonfires at the water's edge. Note: The cabin is well insulated and is heated by wood stove alone. If interested in booking between Oct. and May you must be proficient with the use of a wood stove. Please message if this is the case.
