Great little place, nice patio. Super close to the beach. Very clean. Very satisfied with our stay. We had a great time. We would stay here again.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything and more was there for us. We literally didn’t have to think about a thing. They even had a full fridge of refreshments and snacks set out for us. They responded to my messages in seconds and were beyond accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Definitely a great place to stay, was very low-key and we had the pool to ourselves pretty much the whole time. Place was exactly as described and clean. Definitely will book again

We had a wonderful time at Silvia’s Copa House. The house is well equipped with everything we needed and the pool area was our favorite part. We were only there for a short time but we were able to do a lot because of the convenient location. Silvia is a very responsible host and we look forward to returning.

I had a wonderful stay at Robyn's place! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—walking distance to beach, restaurants and available parking while still peaceful and quiet. Robyn was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in a breeze and always available for any questions. The thoughtful touches—like cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas made the stay feel special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The location to the beach was amazing. This was perfect for a chill beach vacation with clear water and perfect warm breezes. We may come back one day!

This is one of THE BEST airb&bs we’ve ever stayed at- if not THE BEST! The house was beautiful, clean, private, family and pet friendly. So many small little accommodations and details that personalized and made it such a wonderful experience- we didn’t want to leave!! They even let us check in early! Highly recommend 12/10!! This booking and these hosts saved our vacation. After having a nightmare of an experience at a West Palm booking, I found this listing last minute and jumped on it. We showed up to a Ben’s house in a beautiful neighborhood, walkable to the beach (even with three kids!) The house was so well kept. The pool was pristine and was the highlight of my kids’ vacation. I am BIG on linen cleanliness and how comfortable the beds are and this house delivered. We slept so well here as a family! The house was spotless, kitchen fully capable of cooking meals and the backyard an oasis. It was so close to a large variety of restaurants and the hosts even gave us a gift card one night to a delicious taco place after we helped them out with a last minute house tour. The things that are important to me when traveling with my family are feeling safe, feeling as peace and feeling taken care of. Ben’s listing was truly the best backdrop for a vacation that had a very rough start!

We stayed at Derek’s house for almost 14 days and we all loved it. Such a beautiful home and even better in person than the pictures! The house had everything we needed and more. This was the most amazing Airbnb that we have ever stayed in for family of 5 adults. Every detail made our stay feel like a resort vacation. The communication and responsiveness was amazing! Every fancy item in the kitchen you would ever want including a nespresso machine, tons of pool towels, beach accessories, all high quality hair dyers, steamers, so many tvs, a speaker and even a bench and weight set. They literally thought of everything! The pool and outside seating areas made our stay even more perfect. We essentially lived in the pool! We didn't want to leave. We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you for an amazing kick off to our crazy summer!

Loved how quickly we were able to walk to the beach, about 5 minutes from our door. Loved the lounge chairs and cabana waiting for us at the beach. Loved how beautiful and private the beach felt. There were few people besides us. The resort staff were always friendly, helpful and responsive to every request.

Excellent location. Immaculate. We came out n very late after long flights and the check in was so simple it was a relief. The apt is spacious and the has all conveniences. We were very happy.

Our family vacation here was incredible! This house is everything you hope for in a getaway, right on the water with the most peaceful views, and packed with everything you need to relax and enjoy time together. The kitchen was a total standout huge, beautifully designed, and stocked with all the essentials (plus extras!). We cooked most of our meals there and loved hanging out as a family while cooking and eating. The pool was a big hit with the kids, and the hot tub was perfect for the adults to unwind at night. The sauna was such a fun bonus — like having a spa right in the house! Every space felt clean, welcoming, and well taken care of. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, but also great common areas for us to hang out together. It felt like a perfect mix of luxury and comfort — we never wanted to leave. Truly one of the best family vacations we’ve had. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

This was our first time staying in Deerfield Beach. Tom was so helpful in planning and promptly replied to any questions. This condo is in a quiet spot and 150 steps to beach. We hit Publix for groceries and only ate out once since the kitchen is so well stocked and made food prep easy. Beds were comfy and it felt like home. His House Manual was the best I've ever seen and so helpful. We spent our days at the beach and the one time we opted to eat out, was at Thick and Thin Pizza just a few minutes away. It is a local fav and now a must to return when we come back. We also bought souvenirs from Beach Comber off A1A, locally owned for 51 years. Great prices and customer service. A huge plus for the condo is having everything you need for the beach already there. We booked a snorkeling trip with Tracy in Boynton Beach which I highly recommend. I think it's under Ocean Rigs. This is another must for us when we come back. We plan to keep coming back!

We had a beautiful stay. Great communication and very clear instructions for check-in/out. A fantastic host who has thought of everything you could want or need. We loved having a beach cart, chairs and umbrella available for the short walk to the beach! Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely recommend a stay at kandazen

We had the most incredible stay at this luxurious studio near the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the comfort and style of the space—but what truly stole our hearts was the breathtaking view of the lighthouse, visible right from the window. It was like something out of a postcard, especially during sunset. The private beach access was such a treat. We loved it so much that we ended up going down there several times a day—so often, in fact, that we actually lost the keys! Thankfully, our host, Amy, was absolutely lovely and incredibly understanding. She handled the situation with such grace and kindness, which made us feel completely at ease. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with unbeatable scenery and a genuinely warm host, this is the place. We’re already dreaming about our next visit!

This property was amazing. Just like the description and then some. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. My family enjoyed our stay and I was even able to attend a business meeting in the quiet office space. The 8 minute walk to the beach was safe and simple. I highly recommend this host and location for families or a friends trip.

Lauren’s place was great! The rental looked exactly like the pictures. It was perfect for a little getaway. The rental was less than a 5 min walk to the beach and about a 12 min walk away from downtown by the pier. I highly recommend the restaurants Baresco and Oceanic as well as Kilwins for a treat! The coffee shop called How You Brewin was great as well. All of these were pretty much right next to each other so that was a plus! Overall we had an amazing time. Lauren’s place was very clean and a great place to settle into for your next vacation! I couldn’t recommend Lauren as your host and this property enough!

Jason and Dave are fantastic hosts! They are so friendly & made us feel welcome. My wife and I absolutely loved our stay. And the place is 100% perfection. Very clean with an amazing view. Can’t beat the location, we will definitely be back. Thanks Jason & Dave!!
