Holiday rentals with breakfast in Kingsbury

This home was one of the best places we have stayed at for our annual family ski trip. It was so comfortable, yet so spacious! The kitchen was absolutely perfect! We all love to cook in my family and it worked out perfectly. Your kitchen was nicely stocked! It was such a pleasure if we forgot that certain spice, it was in your cabinets. The loft upstairs was perfect for our grandsons and the bedroom. They loved the children toys provided, books, legos, arts and crafts, especially the teepee (that was a hit). The beds were very comfortable! Loved the heated floors! Very quiet neighborhood, the floor plan of your home was great, very spacious but comfortable. We will be back next year!

The house is beautiful and provided exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, great place for the kids to play in the Snow and full amenities. The house was great. It does have a lot of stairs and as the listing says was not child proof, kept me very active with my 1 yr old. Would go back again

Tiame and Anthony are wonderful hosts. Their home is spotless and situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood, about a 30–45 minute drive to Lake Tahoe. The well-stocked breakfast and fridge were a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch.

Such a cozy room and great location, Sabrina was so nice and hospitable. She had great tips for local restaurants and was very quick to respond.

Donna’s place was immaculate and had everything we needed for a great getaway. She was very thoughtful about suggesting all kinds of different places and events to go check out. 10/10

Gail and Ross have a truly lovely home filled with thoughtful, personalized touches that reflect their great taste and attention to detail. They were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond by sharing fantastic recommendations and helpful suggestions that made our trip to Lake Tahoe even more memorable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would gladly book with them again without hesitation if we find ourselves back in Tahoe in the future!

We had a great stay! We've rented many condos in Kirkwood, but this was the most convenient. It's right by the lifts, you get a reserved garage spot, a ski locker big enough for a family, and even a fitness center. With the Murphy bed and fold-out couch, the studio was very efficient, as there was a lot of room once we put the beds away in the morning. We especially loved watching the snow fall and the snow cats work through the window. We'd rent it again anytime!

this place is in a great location. right across from the heavenly gondola. very central to a lot of things tahoe had to offer!

Everything was in good shape! We could tell the home was well loved. It was very convenient for the downhill slopes at Tahoe-donner, and had plenty of games / entertainment options inside, as well as enough space, to handle time indoors. Would recommend, especially for any families with kids.

Kelli and Seth were such great hosts. I felt right at home and there was a lot of room for us to hang out. The breakfast was amazing and made with all fresh ingredients. They have a beautiful home with an amazing outdoor area. I only wish that I could have stayed longer. Their dogs are the cutest and very friendly. I recommend a stay here with Kelli and Seth you would be missing out if you didn’t.

It’s hard to describe how magical Jean and Dave’s place is. The moment you arrive, they great you with a warm pickup and private shuttle to their masterfully crafted log home. From there, you’re escorted to your guest room with a personalized welcome and tour of the home. The surroundings are spectacular and highly recommend if you’re into cross country skiing, snowshoeing or stargazing. As hosts, they are so friendly with helpful recommendations, going out of their way to ensure you’re having a great time. It felt like visiting family- we will be back!

This historic home was absolutely breathtaking. We felt like we took a step back in time, extremely fitting for the beautiful historic town of Virginia city. I definitely plan on coming back!

This was our fourth time in Lake Tahoe, and we always stay here — it’s simply the best! The place is super clean, the host Missy is incredibly friendly and communicative, and the included breakfast was delicious. We also loved the amenities — the chairs, kayaks, and jacuzzi were always clean and available. Highly recommend!
