Our stay at The Summit at Peaceful Peak was wonderful! Jennifer & Travis are amazing hosts! Extremely friendly & inviting. They even welcomed us with music playing when we walked in. Super cool! Maple & Phoenix are an added pleasure! The view of the mountains is beautiful. The house is immaculate! There isn’t one accommodation you can think of that the house doesn’t already provide. The kitchen is a chef’s dream! We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Giant Jenga was fun, too! And, seeing the wildlife while we were there reminded us of home. We had an amazing weekend here & the kids have requested this be our permanent TN retreat! We absolutely recommend Peaceful Peak & hope to return soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clean, lots of room, perfect for our large family! Great stay!

Nice place to stay. Parking was not good no designated spots for the apartment basically first come first serve. I think that maybe the neighbors on the first floor smoked because there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke. But the apartment was extremely clean. The only thing that could have made the apartment better was if it had a washer and dryer in the laundry room. I would 100% stay again.

A perfect place for a weekend getaway! My husband and I enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. Easy to find, clean, private.

The SOHO Bungalow was perfect!! So nice and clean! Much nicer than a hotel. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. We were in town for the NHRA races and we will be coming back-we hope to be able to stay here every time!!

Kayla’s place was perfect for our stay. We found everything as described and we felt right at home.

Great place for making family memories and easily accessible for older family members. Nice parking area and spacious indoor floor plan. Outside amenities and fenced yard for entertainment were highlight of the week.

Our second stay here. Central location, nice washer/dryer, quiet. Had a couple of days when we were downwind of the paper plant, but never detectable indoors. Very quiet!

The house was great; there is a small grass hill to walk up and about five stairs to enter the back door, which my 77 year old MIL was able to handle. The space was clean and comfortable, and there were a variety of toiletries provided. Ikey was also very kind and allowed us to stay late after checkout because we were dealing with a flat tire. In all, it was a higher quality stay than I’ve had before in the Tri Cities.

This is an older home that offered a sense of history and charm with its beautiful original wood floors. Everything about the home was comfortable, and it felt very welcoming. The owners have put a lot of care in this home that adds more to the comfort it already offers. Most of all, when communicating with the owners, they were very responsive and helpful. This is a place I would definitely stay in again.

Had an amazing weekend at Ashley‘s place. Was just as described super clean and comfy. All the little extras were much appreciated. Ashley was very responsive and even allowed us to add two guests to our reservation last minute. Her place is a must stay and was a bonus to help out someone’s education hope to stay next time we’re back in Kingsport

We loved our stay in this beautiful cabin. It is beautifully furnished, spotless, and Brenda is an exceptional host who has thought of everything. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for beautiful amenities, peace and quiet, and a responsive host!

We were traveling thru and this was a halfway point for us. The house is less than a mile from I-81. Gas, groceries and restaurants are close by and convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet. We appreciated the motion lights making it easy to find our way in and out. We have family in the area and will keep this place in mind the next we come thru. Thanks for the hospitality and accommodating our last minute booking.

Don was incredible for us with a last minute (short notice) reservation LATE at night. Property was ready for us after a long drive with accomodation for our dog as well. Very responsive to requests as well. Highly recommend!

This home is wonderful can't say enough about it. It's very peaceful and private beautiful on the inside, immaculate condition, there was even a welcome box for us. Lots of information and history about the house and area. Anita is a very gracious host she thought of everything and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend her place

Naheel was a wonderful host and very responsive to all of my questions and needs. I felt like I was staying in a quaint cabin. Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. I would stay here again as a stop over on the way to Nashville.

Wow wow wow! LOVED this place! Beautiful house surrounded by nature. Peaceful and private. We were on our annual motorcycle trip passing thru town and decided to book this place last minute. We were thrilled to discover the carport to pull our bikes under for the night. The house is immaculate and clean as a whistle! The deck overlooking the valley and the huge flat screen TV were nice to unwind from 10 hours of riding. I was having troubles with making coffee in the morning and you know what the host Charo did? She literally brought us hot cups of coffee! And fresh goats milk from her nearby farm! Never in my life would I have expected that kind of hospitality. Thank you Charo! I would give 10 stars if I could!
