Holiday rentals with beach access in Kingston

Amazing room. Staff were friendly and it’s very safe . Has security at the gate . Owner of unit was very responsive and answered all my questions. Definitely a great place for a couple or someone traveling solo. Very clean and room was on the 10th floor . Very nice view . I highly recommend this place .

I had a great stay here with my friends! The place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise. It had a cozy, welcoming feel and was well-equipped for both work and relaxation. We used the space to get some work done during the day and unwind in the evenings — it offered the perfect balance. The host was extremely responsive, easy to communicate with, and very flexible, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I also really appreciated the level of privacy. Overall, I loved the space and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

This listing was very nice! Loved the area it was very quiet and secluded but not lonely. Loved the seating area in the front of the house, After you go through the front door. It was my favorite part of the house. I felt right at home and comfortable. Definitely will book again if I have the opportunity to!

I enjoyed my stay at Dawn and Brian's place in new kingston, St.andrew. I was concerned about security and parking but I didn't have to worry they have that in place. Entry is easy to the house. Inside in very clean and smell wonderful. Air-conditioned is freezing, hot water heater, everything is there for your needs. I really recommend anyone who wants to have a peaceful and quiet place to stay this Is the place. communication is great I enjoyed every bit. Thank you guys. Eric

I like Natasha enery, her smile and her great communication skills. She always checking just to make sure you feel at home. If something is outta line she’s quick to respond after that one miss call. The Irie Suite was a home from home, it has everything for you to have a very comfortable stay. The house is very spacious and had the option to use either the air conditioning units or the also very powerful standing fans which were remote controlled and the had the function of being able to be put on a timer. The shower was powerful and the bonus of hot water was a refreshing start and end to each day. All the amenities stated were available and when I couldn't find the dustpan, Moreen replied immediately as to where to find it. Moreen was an amazing host and has a home which is amazing value and extremely cosy to stay at. I would highly recommend the Irie Suite to family and friends and would definitely stay again.

The house was exactly as pictured. It was decorated nicel and very pretty. It was clean, spacious and exactly as promoted. Main living area doesn't have ac, but has fans. Bedroom ac units were fabulous. Great tv app selection and we felt right at home. Close walk to pool and playground. Will visit again. Thanks so much for a great stay!

I enjoyed my stay at Martin's place .It was secured ,Sparkling clean. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the AC unit at this Airbnb (living room). It made my stay comfortable and enjoyable, even, cooled the room very quickly. Kudos to the host for investing in a top-notch AC system! I was also able to do my laundry at my convenience with a modern washer and dryer. I would definitely be booking here each visit to Ja. The host was very accessible and helpful it was obvious he's about pleasing his guests, knowing they had choices.

what can I say about Anthony place i have been coming at this same location for the pass couple years now and it the same great treatment and service it easy to talk with Anthony on bill great people I would recommend everyone to this please you won't regret it I love it and I will be back again

Latoya place is exceptional,it’s home away from home I will definitely stay there again whenever I return .The atmosphere is amazing

Honestly, it’s a great place. I would suggest getting a rental car. It’s not too far from fast food, but because it’s an area that they’re newly building and there’s nothing in walking distance. Hellshire beach is like 25 mins away. And the area is so quite peaceful and safe. Would definitely stay here again.

This BnB is perfect for a weekend getaway. Has a nice pool and beach area to relax right on property grounds. Although I was working, its nice to know you dont have to go far for some R&R. AC works great, plenty hot watah. The building is very secure and kept spotless. My first time in Portmore and the location was great everything is nearby. Best thing about it was the care and attention provided by the Co-host Jahvanne. I greatly appreciate your efforts in making my stay in Portmore nice and easy. Give Thanks!

We booked this trip as a mini vacation for my husband’s birthday weekend and it was exactly what we needed, a cozy, peaceful place to just slow down and relax. It was very quiet; had I not seen other persons around the property, I would’ve been convinced that we were the only ones there. The pool was very clean and the property well maintained, staff was courteous. The room is very beautiful in the evenings when the sun is setting, and if you open the window, you can hear the ocean washing against the shore, which was very calming. The only drawback was that we were expecting the building to be situated by an actual beach; it wasn’t much of a beach, seemed mostly like it was just for fishing, but you can still go wet your feet in the shallow parts and walk on the sand (this has nothing to do with the host and didn’t impact my stay very much, it’s just how I interpreted the pictures on the listing page). The pool was always available though, up till 8pm. All in all, we had a good time.

This is my second stay at Kimberly's apartment for a quick getaway. Again, the space was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, truly feeling like a home away from home. Kimberly's communication was exceptional - she was prompt and efficient whenever I reached out to her. I intend to return and have already recommended this place to my family and friends.

the place looks exactly the same as the photos and was very peaceful however have the cleaners check properly while cleaning we found an used cup under the sofa and moldy under a bowl in the kitchen cupboard but other than that everything was great.

Denise's air b n b looked exactly liked the pictures. Felt very safe there as it's a gated community. The view from the room was spectacular. Denise is warm and loving. I felt like I was staying at a family friends home. I had a small query and messaged Denise and someone arrived at my door within 30 mins. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a home away from home in Jamaica, and this will definitely be my go to place to stay when I am back on the island.

This host was amazing. She checked up on me and responded almost immediate. The place-Very tranquil!!! Would definitely recommend.
