Holiday rentals with a patio in Kingston

Our stay at Sharon's Airbnb was exceptional. As an individual who has OCD tendencies, I was extremely impressed and pleased by the cleanliness and airiness of Sharon's apartment; it exudes a very inviting and peaceful ambience from entry to the rear of the home. The rooms are very spacious with adequate drawers and large closet spaces that lent themselves to easy access to our belongings; the amenities provided comfort and convenience for us. We found Sharon to be an excellent host, her instructions were clear and she responded promptly and addressed all inquires that we had, she also assisted us by providing valuable information of places that were of interests to us. Sharon's home is located on a secured property and quiet street, but within minutes of frequently sought attractions in Kingston, including restaurants, supermarkets, etc., this made moving around seamless. Bar none, staying at Sharon's place will be our first choice on our next vacation to Kingston, Jamaica.

This place felt right at home. the host Brite & co-host Greg were very responsive and accommodating. the place is very private & equipped with everything you need. Looks exactly as pictured. There is a lovely breeze that blows through when the house is open (windows + sliding door). The rooftop is an additional bonus, it is very relaxing sitting off in the evening. Thank you Brite for making my special day memorable with the comfort of your Airbnb & Thank you Greg for adding the additional special touches to the place for our check-in because of our special day :)! We greatly appreciated it and really enjoyed our stay.

I had an absolutely amazing stay especially a comfort for the nature of a critical stay. The space was beautifully designed with stunning aesthetics that made it feel both stylish and cozy. The location was perfect—peaceful and serene, yet conveniently close to everything I needed. I also really appreciated the excellent security, which made me feel completely safe and comfortable throughout my visit. I must say I’m pleased with my stay Ejay was very welcoming he was there to give us a house tour. I felt at home everything that one would have needed was provided. I would definitely recommend his apartment and I will definitely be visiting back soon.

Nice place feeling like a home with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Just two problems there’s no A/C in the living room and the A/C in the bedroom works off sensor so the only stays on when your asleep and the room door is close, so most of the time inside the house is hot. But other than that everything else is good

When you literally book your vacation according to the availability of the Air B and B rental you know you’ve found yourself a true home away from home 10 out of 10 always I’ve stayed here multiple times never disappointed thank you Melicia for always being welcoming and kind your place is a true gem

Ian’s place made my group and I feel right at home. The house was clean and well taken care of, and Ian was very responsive and detailed to ensure we had a smooth check in/ stay.

Staying at this Airbnb in Jamaica was an absolute dream! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with every little detail thoughtfully taken care of. The host was warm, welcoming, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the peaceful surroundings and island breeze made each day feel special. I truly didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, home-away-from-home experience in Jamaica. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I enjoyed my stay at solace it felt like home.. Latoya was very welcoming and responsive, place was clean and well kept, neighborhood was nice and peaceful. I’m truly grateful for such an experience and wouldn’t hesitate to return. If you’re looking for a spot in portmore that gives peace and comfort solace is the place, everything was smooth from checking in to checking out 10/10 would recommend. :)

Our stay at the AirBnB was fantastic. Michael was helpful from the moment we booked till the day we left. Initially we planned to stay only two nights but he accommodated another night. The house was clean and as the description said, it was indeed cozy. It was perfect for a weekend getaway for my partner and I to reconnect after some time apart. Instructions to get to the house within the gated community were also clear and precise. There is not one thing I could say to complain about our stay at the house. We were pleasantly surprised by the little tokens like drinks and snacks which did come in handy at some point. The house was fully equipped with whatever we could need as well as decorated beautifully. I would highly recommend staying here, if possible we would definitely return. Absolutely one of the best stay experiences I’ve had to date! Shena’s beautiful place is just like the description and the listing photos don’t do it enough justice. First off, Shena was very warm in her welcome communication and staying in touch through out my stay, it set the tone for the whole experience. The space itself is beautifully decorated, with small touches like snacks and water and all the kitchen utensils to make a week long stay, feel like you’re right at home. The air conditioning was a really nice amenity to have and the location was perfect for a quick drive to all the hotspots in Kingston or being right there next to the highway to the North Coast. I would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend her place for a top tier stay.

Heart and Soul II was a beautiful, well appointed apartment. It is located in a modern apartment complex on well maintained grounds. What I loved about this apartment is that it has facilities for you to prepare your own meals should you want to take a break from eating out. It felt like home away from home . Comfortable furnishings, tvs in the living and bedrooms. There’s also a pool and gym facilities. Catherine as a host was friendly, professional and was very responsive to my enquiries . I enjoyed my stay.

I will be using this as my home away from home. This is my go when i want to not be seen or heard. Love this place.

We felt incredibly safe and secure throughout our stay, thanks to the multiple layers of security—gated entrance, lobby desk, access card entry to both the building and our floor. The location couldn’t have been more ideal, just around the corner from Devon House Bakery. Ubers were super convenient and budget-friendly. The apartment itself was cozy, well-stocked with everything we needed, and perfect for either a short visit or a long-term stay. We especially enjoyed the balcony view and made use of the rooftop pool, which even had a mini infinity pool—such a relaxing bonus. We need liquid detergent for our clothes and John and Celia were on it right away. We appreciated their responsiveness to everything. Can't wait to be back!

Another great stay. Sheldon is an exceptional host! The location is truly ideal, situated in the heart of Kingston and just a short walk from all the key spots. Communication with Sheldon was seamless; he was always easy to reach and quick to respond. The views from the apartment were absolutely breathtaking, especially at night, adding a magical touch to my stay. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, making it feel like a true home away from home. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot to my friends and family, and I can’t wait to stay here once again in the future!

he was very kind. he checked up on me and my partner to see if we needed anything and offered us beverages and he also has this adorable little pup on the property that is extremely friendly and loves to get loads of pets and play. The property is stunning, peaceful, very private and the river was cold and nice. I just wished there was a refrigerator and a tv in the room. But overall I would book again.
