From the moment we arrived Richard made us feel right at home. He was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The house was exactly as described & the furniture was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi was excellent and there were lots of little touches not mentioned in the write up about the accommodation. The Hot tub was amazing, the views were beautiful & the patio area was perfect. The area is so peaceful and quiet. We highly recommend here for a relaxing & comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay here. It's a perfect location for beautiful walks around North Wales. The place itself was clean, spacious and private. Lucinda was also a great host. I would fully recommend visiting!

Fabulous property with plenty of space for the family in a beautiful setting. Great location with easy access to the coast, snowdon, Anglesey and portmeirion as well as many castles.

Amazing house had everything you could want spotlessly clean. A fantastic place for a get together with family and friends. We also had visits from the cows in the nearby field. Thank you Gwen for a fantastic stay.

What a house! Beautiful grounds and stunning views. The house was also stunning, clean and furnished with everything one would need. The location was perfect for a quiet, relaxing break. A beautiful cottage with everything you need, lovely comfortable beds, stunning surroundings. An easy walk down to the beach (slightly harder walk back as it's uphill). Becca was the perfect host and the information provided, both in the cottage and via email, was clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Becky's. It was so peaceful, a lovely location so close to Conwy. The hot tub was brilliant especially after climbing Snowdon! The bed was super comfy too. Becky was a great host who went the extra mile to make it a great stay. thank you!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this lovely flat in Llandudno! Carolyne, our host, was absolutely fantastic—so thoughtful and attentive. She checked in with us throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond by providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Her care and hospitality really added a special touch to our trip. The flat itself was cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for our 5-night stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the space was both comfortable and welcoming—perfect to come home to after exploring. It’s also in a fantastic location: easy to park with a car, close to shops and restaurants, and a great home base for day trips throughout North Wales. This was our fifth time visiting Wales, and it was one of the most memorable yet. The combination of a charming place to stay and Caroline’s warm hospitality made all the difference. We’re looking forward to coming back.

Absolutely lovely gem of a place. Perfect location 5 mins walk to the centre of Conwy. The apartment is part of the house but it is self contained. It is very private, you have your own entrance and it is so peaceful. You have your own large private patio with furniture and it is next to a field so you feel like you're in the country. Lovely when the sheep pop up to the gate. On site parking which is premium in Conwy. The apartment has everything you need and the bed is so comfy. When we arrived Chris was very welcoming and gave us some recommendations of bars and restaurants. The milk, biscuits, tea, coffee and sugar are a lovely gesture on arrival. Karen was a lovely woman and told us not to rush off. We will definitely be returning hopefully soon. Conwy you have stole our hearts, thank you.

Sian's place was a perfect place for us to stay. Great location, clean and nicely decorated. Sian is a great communicator and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend.

Jane's apartment is fantastic! It's spacious, beautifully furnished and has wonderful views. Four of us stayed for one night and found it comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed a nice walk along the prom and found a handy pub to have a good lunch in. The city centre is within easy reach with good transport connections. We were made to feel at home by Jane and the cold beers in the fridge on arrival were most welcome! Thank you. Her communication and instructions were excellent from the moment we booked. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Liverpool. Highly Recommended!

Had a wonderful weekend. Great house, Superb Kitchen, plenty of space and lovley Deco. We had a slight problem with bed which was dealt with by host (no fault of her own). communication was super efficient and helpful. It did not detract from our stay as everything else was perfect. Very Close to Conwy and Llandudno. Conwy Harbour was Beautiful and Nikki provides a useful Folder full of examples of places to eat, drink and visit. Hot tub and outside area provides a great place to unwind. The Castle View pub is also close by and offers a great view of Conwy Harbour. Thank You Nikki and Family ...your home is a credit to you x

First class accommodation in a lovely tranquil village with the local pub offering a warm and friendly welcome with excellent food. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment, its a great base for exploring this beautiful part of Wales. Susan & Peter could not have been more welcoming. Always checking that we had everything we might require and that we were enjoying our stay. Generous amounts of breakfast food provided plus gratis treats and snacks were provided. The apartment had everything...absolutely everything one might need. From sky tv to kitchen utensils of all kinds. From hair dryer to dishwasher. Linen to library. "Perfik."

Chris was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble and he made sure we felt settled and suggested a range of things to do and places to eat. The studio itself was well equipped and in a fantastic location, with beautiful walks from the door. We will definitely be back!

Alyson is a friendly and helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay in her lovely apartment. It is so convenient for shops, restraunts, train station and seafront, all are in easy walking distance. Gated parking for added security.

This is our third time staying at this wonderful accommodation and on returning home have just booked it again. There are so many things to recommend it. It is immaculate - a real 5 star apartment that so well presented and laid out. It is super clean with all mod cons and is light and airy. Sarah even provides jams and biscuits and bowls for pets. The location above Llangoed is peaceful and spectacular with far reaching views across the glorious countryside and on to the Menai Straits and the mountains beyond. But it's not isolated - you can reach the bars and restaurants of Beaumaris very easily. Also on your doorstep is the Anglesey coastal path which we loved walking a section of with our dogs. Speaking of which the lovely furry family members Alfie and Barney are a delight. I can 100% recommend this apartment without hesitation and can't wait to return!

Wonderful place to stay for a long weekend or longer! Beautifully decorated in a style that was immediately relaxing. Views were outstanding with lovely private balcony. Maranne was so welcoming and supportive throughout our visit. Wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else if we revisit the area.

Such a lovely apartment, perfect for what we needed. The host is a great balance of giving you privacy but quick to respond to messages if you have any questions. It's exactly as stated, easy to access, great rooms (I want to move in to the bathroom for the shower alone!), had everything we could have thought of, and is in a brilliant location. The local woodland area was 30 seconds down the road and perfect for taking the dog

Place was exactly what we needed with child and dog and in great location for Conwy town centre and travelling to surrounding areas for day trips .

We were visiting family friends in the area and wanted a cozy retreat to return to each evening - and Tony’s place was perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The views are canvas-worthy, and waking up to the sound of sheep instead of London sirens and mopeds was pure bliss. Tony himself is absolutely lovely - warm, welcoming, and a wonderful host. Our only regret? Not having more time to sit, chat and get to know him better. Thank you for having us, Tony! Emma & Alex
