Beautiful home, very spacious and plenty of amenities. felt right at home! perfect for toddlers too. Ian was great, very helpful and easily contactable.

Our second time at the gorgeous Preston Mill Loft and it was just as wonderful as we remember. Super dog friendly, the upgraded hot tub is IMMENSE, comfy bed, welcoming hosts, beautiful scenery, well stocked kitchen. The lot. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Cosy cottage with access to private beach on Windermere Fabulous hot tub, thoughtful touches everywhere - towels and sliders for the hot tub/lake, welcome hamper with lots of goodies, lovely wood burning stove Sauna and table tennis and marble run through the wood available - we didn’t have time to use everything - thanks for a lovely stay

Hermitage cottage was in a beautiful situation right on the river Lune. The cottage was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the hot tub, the barbecue and the outdoor seating. We were extremely fortunate with the weather and really enjoyed our stay. Walks around the estate were lovely. It is a lovely base to explore the Forest of Bowland and surrounding areas.

Booked for our 20th wedding anniversary and used for a base to explore Skipton and a day out in York. Close enough to Skipton to enjoy the town and the night life. The Granary was immaculate. Hot Tub amazing and already planning a second visit. The location is stunning, peaceful and we enjoyed every minute .

Great cottage, had everything we need and the location was great for what we were doing. Hot tub was an added bonus for the trip.

Beautiful place and well appointed and to a very good standard. It’s located very close to charming town of Longridge. We went to Stydd Gardens which was just 15 mins away and stunning. Very much recommended. Thank you

Beautiful property, very clean and well presented. It had everything we needed for a wonderful 3 night stay while we walked each of the Yorkshire 3 Peaks. Great location to reach the start of each walk, supermarket and nice pubs if you have a car. Village was so pretty and locals very friendly. Beds very comfortable and gorgeous views from every window. Communication from the owner was excellent. Thank you!

We had such a beautiful stay, Sarah's property was just what we needed. We will be back again for certain. The property smelt beautiful the moment you entered the door, it is finished beautifully. The beds are comfortable. The views are magnificent. Local pubs, restaurants and amenities are welcoming and delicious.

We had a lovely stay at Punchbowl Cottage in Grayrigg. The house was cosy, spotless, and perfect for our family. We've travelled around England a bit, and this was probably the best accommodation we've stayed in so far. It's also a great base for exploring the Lake District – peaceful and beautifully located. And I must say... I completely fell in love with the hand cream from The Bath House! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality Kirsty!

What a find Burneside cottage was. It was immaculately clean and had everything you could possibly want and more. Felt right at home from the minute we arrived. Comfortable lounge with log burner which came in handy with the cooler weather although the heating was sufficient it gave that bit extra. Gayle is a great place to base yourself to explore the Dales and surrounding areas. Absolutely beautiful. It was a short walk into Hawes of around 10mins or so where there are a couple grocery stores selling most things. We found The Wensleydale Pantry great value and the home cooked food and extensive menu was superb. The Wensleydale creamery is about a 5min walk and the cheese making experience is worth going to. Beautiful cottage - comfortable, cosy and equipped with everything you’ll need for a great stay. Lots of lovely original features - especially the wonderful bath and shower! Beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds and beautiful views. Peaceful location and conveniently located. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for your stay in the Lakes!

Just had the cosiest stay at Triangle Cottage! Very tastefully decorated, the comfiest bed and the dreamy rolled top bath with the views made it all the more relaxing! It had everything I needed for a wee retreat with my dog in the countryside. Perfect walkable distance to the city centre and various hikes around. Strongly recommend!

Delph Cottage is the most delightful, cosy, cottage. It is the perfect place to stay for a visit to Great Harwood, the surrounding towns, or to explore the beautiful local countryside or the Ribble Valley. Delph Cottage itself is beautifully presented and maintained. It remains in the same pristine condition as when I first stayed there three years ago. Instructions for all the appliances, plus heating, wi-fi, etc, are simple and easy to follow, and everything works perfectly. All the kitchenware (crockery, cutlery, utensils, glassware, etc) remain like new. The whole cottage is beautifully maintained, and I cannot praise or rate it highly enough. It is the most perfect place to stay. It was a privilege to stay there. I look forward to my next visit. Well done and thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at Knott's View; the cottage was lovely, the garden a sun trap, and the surroundings were beautiful. We enjoyed lots of walks straight from the door - so many loops, including Gowbarrow Fell with amazing views of Ullswater and then back through Aira Force waterfalls late one sunny evening. The pub opposite is good for a pint and pub food, and we visited Keswick (great tapas restaurant) and Pooley Bridge too, as well as Grenridding - all 10 to 20 min drive. Chris and Ruth were really helpful throughout.

We had a great stay in Hawes, the house had everything we needed. Hawes and surrounding areas are beautiful. Diane left some suggestions of things to do and we did the waterfall in Hardraw, and the highest inn in England, both fantastic.

Had a lovely two night stay great location only a short walk into Marsden and the station as we had a concert in Huddersfield on the Saturday night, following day we did a walk across Marsden moor lovely scenery quite challenging in places and breezy on the top, Railway pub in Marsden great for a drink had a lovely meal at the Olive Branch only a short drive out of Marsden David’s place is opposite the Standege Tunnel definitely worth a visit he even allowed us to check in earlier than we had planned which was great.

Beautiful accommodation, spotlessly clean, lovely welcome basket with treats such a great welcome. Lucy and family very welcoming, showed us around and ensured we knew how everything worked. Lots of tourist leaflets and guides. Central to all local lakes, Hilltop etc stunning scenery on the doorstep. Loved our stay

My wife and I stayed 4 nights at Crook a Beck Barn. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. It is well equipped, with a great kitchen, plenty of wardrobe space and a large walk in shower alongside a large bath. It is in a peaceful setting with beautiful views and has all levels of walks available straight from the property. We enjoyed the extras especially the lemon drizzle cake made by Judith. We will definitely books this property again on our next visit to Patterdale.

We had a lovely stay at Molly’s cottage! We stayed for our 5 year anniversary and it was incredibly serene and peaceful. It was really spacious for 2 people and had everything that was promised. Lots of great music choices for the CD player, great board game options and some great reading material. It was squeaky clean and beautifully decorated. The log burner was perfection for a cosy night in. Couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We’ll definitely be back! X

When we arrived we were greated by Carolyn and Brian, Brian was just about to take Ruby (the dog) for a walk so Carolyn showed us around the apartment, it's a beautiful place to stay and would highly recommend it. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom/shower room is immaculate! The scenery is stunning and we managed to see the deer and a barn owl too!! We just wish we could have stayed longer!! Sue and I stayed at Drakes Cottage 3rd to 6th June 2025 and it was wonderful. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing break. Cartmel is only a few minutes away and has some lovely eateries. There is lots to see in the local area and we particularly liked Levens Hall and Grange over Sands. There is a comprehensive folder of information in the cottage which will direct you to other areas to visit and restaurants in the vicinity. This is our 2nd visit and it is highly recommended.

I can’t speak highly enough of Hayloft - a fantastic peaceful property in a beautiful location. Cosy, tastefully decorated and well equipped - first class from top to bottom. Great walks from the door and lots to see and do if venturing out in the car. Fiona was the perfect host and we only wish we could have stayed longer. We will return!
