Erica was very responsive and quick to provide a solution to help us out in a pinch. Her home was great for adults and kids. I had stayed there previously with just adults; if I visit again, I would definitely stay here!

I have stayed here a number of times. This BnB is easily accessed, clean, spacious, well supplied and has a large parking lot. The hostess, Kay, has always been very responsive with immediate resolution to any problems or questions.

A super clever remake of an old downtown 2nd floor! We enjoyed the open, airy look and the great lighting. There was an issue with the A/C the first night, but the outside temperature was pleasant enough for us to sleep with the windows open. Early the next day the host's installed a window unit and we were quite comfortable for the rest of our stay. Even though this is on the 2nd floor of the building, the space is actually about 2 1/2 story's worth of stairs! The street entrance stairs are relatively narrow and steep. They are certainly manageable, but I would recommend pulling around to the back alley for loading and unloading. Those steps are wider and less steep. There is also a landing about midway up to allow for a pause if needed. My 74 y/o knees did just fine, but others may find the climb a bit challenging. All-in-all, we would certainly book again should be have more business in the area.

Tessa is a great host. She was able to accommodate our need to be able to check in early. Very nice space. Very close to the train tracks though, with some middle of the night trains.

This apartment is so great! All of the finishing touches are so beautiful. Newly renovated by someone very skilled. We loved having a great space to stay in Unionville. Spotless! We will stay there again. I also loved walking around the square in the evening. Great location.

The home was lovely and spacious. My children very much enjoyed our stay. I appreciate that there were some toys and books available for them while we were there. Jennifer was very responsive to my questions and also accommodating. If we ever need to stay in the area in the future, we will definitely be looking to stay here again!

We enjoyed staying in this cute little house while we were attending the Rutledge Flea Market. It was very clean & comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed staying the past five nights! The master bed was very comfortable as were the linens and pillows. (Just two of us so we didn't use the other beds.) We didn't do a lot of cooking but what we did need, we found in the stocked kitchen. Great washer and dryers which is always handy. The bathroom is small but exactly what you would expect for an older home. The home has been remodeled on the inside and they kept enough of the trim, etc. to maintain its character. Decorated nicely without being too cluttered. Small touches.... luggage racks in the bedrooms, hair dryer, laundry pods, a well-stocked coffee bar. We visit the Kirksville area frequently and we hope to make this our usual place to stay! Owner was very responsive.

Fantastic clean and comfortable place to stay! Two couples in town for a wedding and everyone had room to get ready. Great place to relax and catch up for a couple days after the big day. Met with one of the owners completely by chance Mike was great to talk with. We let him know we were looking for batteries for the TV remote, and he was there in a few minutes with some. Great place owned by friendly and helpful hosts. We would definitely stay here again!

The home is cute, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our visit. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. The shower was amazing!! The bed was very comfortable. We appreciate your hospitality!!

home was exactly as advertised, was in town for work and with those of us staying in the home even if one of us was up later than others the interior noise level was amazingly quiet.

Bethany’s house was perfect for our stay! Not only was it as advertised, but it was quiet and comfortable! Our stay was wonderful and we look forward to our next stay when we’re in the area!

We have stayed here multiple times for work in the area. The house is always clean and ready for us. If you are doing work at Thomas Hill this place is perfect.

Enjoyed our stay and memories made! Will try to stay here again next year on our annual trip to Mark Twain Lake hunting trip if it is available. It is convenient to boat ramp and has adequate parking for boat and trailer.

Miles was Ana amazing host and the condo was great! We had everything that we needed plus more! Condo is located close to the lake and beach. Will definitely stay again.

The condo was child friendly. We took our 5 and 6 year old grandsons on a two day trip. They enjoyed the water park and fishing and loved playing with the foosball table.
