Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kirribilli

Gorgeous studio perfect for my weekend in Sydney. Had everything plus more that I needed and Michael left great instructions and local guide. The place was spotless and very comfortable. Fantastic location close to public transport and was able to find parking close enough.

Incredible spot. We watched the dolphins leaping from the waves and couldn't have asked for more. We'll be back in whale season! Great setup. Highly recommended. Richard and Beck were great hosts. Really responsive and helpful. Avalon town is a great spot too. Lots of good places to eat and get coffee. minor notes: the path down to the rockpools is a little more advanced than anticipated. We turned back with our three year old. if you're napping kids in the middle of the day the blinds don't block much light coming in.

James' place was in an incredible location in Sydney. We loved the neighborhood, and easy access to the ferry terminal and all the great tourist spots in Sydney. The house had a lovely light filled, spacious layout, and was beautifully furnished. There was plenty of room for our family. We really appreciated the effort to create a clean, beautiful and relaxing holiday home. James was friendly, helpful and checked in with us to ensure we were comfortable.

We had a relaxing weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Siro, the host, was incredibly friendly and responsive, making our check-in and overall experience smooth and stress-free. The property offers an unblocked beachfront view, providing a peaceful and private setting in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s free street parking space just right below the house, and the house is situated on the high side, giving it an elevated feel. We especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly — it made our trip even more enjoyable! The house was immaculate, with a spotless living room and bathroom. Thoughtful touches like complimentary towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even sunscreen were provided. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas cooktop and all the necessary cookware and utensils, meant we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We really enjoyed our stay, Charlotte's place is lovely, it's very spacious, the beds are big and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The house is within walking distance of a couple of ferry terminals, in addition to other public transport, it's super easy to get around.

I had a lovely stay at Ben’s cottage in Darlinghurst! It was cute and cosy and in a prime location close to restaurants and only a short walk into the city. Would highly recommend staying here! Thanks for being a great host, Ben!

It was an easy 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ everything looks great it was better than the pictures imo! David’s really proactive, mum was really lovely, it really felt like home. We hope to go back again someday. We had a great time indeed 🫶🏼❤️

We had a great stay at Franco's. The location was convenient for visitors. Quick walk to the Harbor Bridge and Opera House. The metro is also 5 mins walk away. Overall I recommend Franco's place.

Beautiful apartment with panoramic views of shell cove and beyond. The garden in front of the building offers a peaceful and private waters edge perspective of Sydney harbour. We were lucky to be there during vivid and could see fireworks on the harbour while sitting at the dinner table. The apartment is cosy and comfortable with a traditional charm to the architecture. Lovely stay.

The cottage was exceptional, loved the sandstone and cedar. The location was very serene, plenty of bushland and natural rock. Plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. Instructions on getting there were very clear. I can't recommend highly enough.

What a gem! We caught the final nights of Vivid Sydney and the view from the apartment was next-level: Iconic, sparkling, absolutely unforgettable! The unit was spotless, super comfy, and had everything we needed. Great location too, easy walk to cafes, shops, and transport. Huge shoutout to the hosts who were friendly and always responsive, Would book again in a heartbeat.

Fredericos home was wonderful! The balcony and views are amazing and the location is fab. We managed to lock our phone in the house as we were leaving and Frederico was so helpful in us getting back in!

I loved everything about my stay. Beautiful and comfortable home with lots of character. Felt like I was at home. The area is one of my favourites and didn’t disappoint. I would definitely love to stay again.

WOW. Where do I start? Absolutley blown away with Kenny's lovely studio/ the view is crazy Spectacular/ you have to see it to believe it, with every extra amenity fully provided/highest praise for beautiful location with perfect access to everywhere on ferry bus just a few metres from front entrance and beautiful interesting walkways with more breathtaking views restaurants cafes and places to sit or picnic conveniently available/safe area and so clean. Made my stay best time imaginable. Lived like a millionaire with that view 7 days/nights. You can't get better/ Host Kenny was assuring with easy contact if needed. Absolute value for my money well spent. I highly reccomend staying there and wished I had stayed longer. Made my holiday/visit very happy indeed. Thankyou so much Kenny.

Nice little place. Centrally located, quiet, and convenient to a ton of restaurants and pubs. Easy to go downtown, easy to go to the seaside, easy access to morning running paths and a plethora of cafes.

Great location beautiful property well maintained

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed a week, and really enjoyed the stay. The house works well for a couple. We especially enjoyed the open living room, kitchen and dining room. The deck was wonderful too. The area was quiet at night as well. The view is fabulous and is the house's best feature. Even on a rainy day it's still lovely to stay inside, drink some coffee and read (as well as take in that view). We enjoyed walks around the Potts Point neighborhood, and it's a nice walk to the Wooloomooloo Wharf, RBG, the Art Gallery, and the Opera House/Circular Quay. There are a couple of fans, but during the mid-summer months heat might be an issue. During our stay the temperatures were moderate, and just opening the windows to catch the breeze made the house comfortable. The host was first-rate: attentive, friendly, and responsive. Thanks.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.

The property was great and the cleanliness was impressive. I had a wonderful time and would definitely consider booking it again in the future.
