You can fish, enjoy the sounds of many different birds, or listen to the deer's bellowing. We made this special place to stay with great care. There are great hiking spots nearby. But if someone wants the bustle of the city, Siófok, the seaside resort town of Lake Balaton, is nearby, where there are many entertainment and shopping opportunities.

You'll enjoy the unique scenery fo the Balaton Uplands. Our holiday home is located on the hillside of Szent György-hegy and comes with a 4000 square meter land. The land includes a clearing with a beautiful view that'll stay with you even after you leave. You'll find some of the best local wines in our cellar and you cal also enjoy Netflix and HBO if you decide to stay inside. Lake Balaton is within 11 kms, approximately a 15 minute drive from the house. The house is accessable via a mud road.

Numerous hiking and cycling opportunities await guests in the area. Festetics Palace and its beautiful English park are located in Dég. Lake Balaton, the historic castle of Simontornya, and the cultural and historical attractions of Ozora are nearby. GARDEN HOUSE is an excellent starting point for exploring the area.

Despite the undisturbed tranquility, everything is easily accessible to the beaches of Lake Balaton, and Lidl and Aldi are only a few minutes' drive away.
