This unique accommodation is located in the heart of central Solna in a house built in 1929 that consists of three apartments. The house is surrounded by a lush garden with lots of flowers and nice places to have coffee, arrange a barbecue dinner or have a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment has its own entrance from the garden and is newly renovated and in good condition. The kitchen is fully equipped for two people with both dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. The Black House - colorful style and garden

Welcome to The Black House. A charming wooden house built in 1928 with a terrass facing the south and a spacious garden. Balcony facing the north side. One master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms. Living room with a real fireplace, fully equipped kitchen. 1.5 bathrooms. The house is my private home which means it has personal items but plenty of space for storage. ABBA recorded a version of "Waterloo" in 1973 in the old studio downstairs. The studio is now a separate apartment with tenants.

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.
