Holiday rentals with a patio in Kista

Beautiful apartment in a peaceful neighbourhood. Much appreciated the balcony and laundry service. Close to the transport. Supermarket Ica is in the same block and nice restaurants and bakery in short walking distance. Be careful reading description as I missed the note that linen are not provided and did not bring anything but Janina and Nicolas helped me to solve the issue quickly.

We had such a wonderful stay at Linda-Marie’s place! It was spotlessly clean, incredibly cosy, and had such a stylish and welcoming vibe — we felt at home the moment we walked in. My sister and I were in Stockholm to visit our brother and spent a few nights here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space was peaceful and comfortable, and every little detail was thoughtfully put together. The place is 7min walk from the bus and train station and from there it’s only a few stops to Stockholm City. It has all the amenities you might need and also a few more that you didn’t even know you needed (thanks for the clothes steamer and boardgames!). We would absolutely love to stay here again next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend!

We spent 3 nights at Axels. I would recommend a visit of 3 nights minimum if you are a tourist trying to explore and understand beautiful Stockholm. This apartment is very spacious and great for a family or 2 couples since it has 2 levels. The bathrooms are large and well laid out. The location is absolutely perfect! High quality restaurants offering diverse cuisine are nearby. If you like to walk, as we do, beautiful parks and impeccably maintained boulevards are found nearby in all directions. Thanks for a great experience!!

Absolutely gorgeous and spacious apartment that was perfect for my family. It was well decorated, and had everything we needed. Amazing views as well, and the small garden in the building was lovely. The location was close to several museums, parks, and public transportation. Easy check in, and Mathias was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Io e la nostra famiglia abbiamo amato soggiornare qui! l'appartamento era moderno, pulito, ben attrezzato e confortevole. La zona era tranquilla e c'erano molti negozi e supermercati vicino. Anita, è stata molto disponibile e reattiva. Non abbiamo avuto problemi a spostarci con i mezzi pubblici per Stoccolma. È stata una bella esperienza ci torneremo di sicuro, grazie per la vostra disponibilità!

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Blauen Haus von Elin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Elin war hervorragend einfach, sie antwortet sehr schnell bei allen Belangen. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt gegenüber ein Supermarkt und vom Hafen nur wenige Meter zu Fuß. Wunderschön ist auch der Garten hinter dem Haus, der sich für Frühstück in der Sonne eignet. Alles in Allem ein Ort zum wohlfühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I stayed here for several weeks, loved everything about the place. The bus stops right in front of the building, and makes travel to and from the downtown core very convenient and quick. The neighbourhood is incredibly safe no matter what time of day (or night), the apartment is quiet and, though small, has a lovely spacious feel. The view is fantastic! The kitchen is very well equipped with modern and highend appliances. I really appreciated the excellent water pressure in the rain shower. The walking path between the street and the water was lovely, even during the winter when I visited. I even found the bed to be extremely comfortable, and that is saying a lot since I sleep on a Tempurpedic at home and have a bad back. Benjamin was a great host. I would definitely return, and think this is a jewel of a place to stay!

Wir waren in Olivers Unterkunft in Sångä Säby knapp zwei Wochen mit Baby. Es ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit einem traumhaften Blick über den See zum Entspannen. Mit ein paar Handgriffen war die Wohnung auch relativ Babysicher. Olivers Familie hat uns herzlich begrüßt und war immer hilfsbereit. Die kleine Wiese mit Strand war wunderbar zum Spielen (und Baden im Sommer). Es gab sogar einiges an Kinderspielzeug. Für Ausflüge war man zwar immer aufs Auto angewiesen. Aber 1h zu Fuß ist ein niedliches Blumencenter mit Café und Restaurant, wo es sich lohnt zu laufen. Wir können jedem Olivers Airbnb nur empfehlen.

Karl’s home was beautiful! I stayed here with a group of friends during the marathon weekend. The home was spacious, light and decorated perfectly. It was very easy to get into the city, either by bus or cab, and the local shop was only a short walk away. I’d highly recommend! Thanks so much Karl

Vi hade en super vistelse i huset, stort och rymligt med fantastisk pool. Malin svarade snabbt på alla frågor och incheckning var mycket smidig. Rekommenderar!

We had an excellent stay at Gabriel's house. Host was very communicative, the house was clean and in a beautiful place. Will recommend!

The house is an oasis of calm in a busy city. It retains many of its fin-de-siecle features and is very comfortable. We were able to sit out in the garden for drinks and our dinner and felt very private. It was easy to get into the centre of town via a short bus ride and then a 15 minute ride on the underground. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds and the lounge/dining room was large enough for four adults to eat and then sit comfortably. We did not try the TV. The kitchen was well appointed and well equipped and there would be no problems cooking and there is a small dishwasher. I would point that guests with mobility issues may struggle with the stairs and the bath/shower. We were a party of four 65+ year olds and we had no issues, but the stairs are not the easiest and getting in and out of the high bathtub and then squatting/kneeling to shower may cause some people a problem. Tereza was a fantastic host and I highly recommend staying here if you want some peace and calm.

We had a wonderful stay at Mattias place. It was absolutely perfect for our family with 3 small kids (4 and under)-we had all the space we needed and all the amenities-loved having the washer, drier and dishwasher! Beds very comfortable and place was very child safe! Good blackout blinds also! Mattias was a fantastic host and sorted us out twice when our buggy tyre went flat including sourcing a new inner tube when we completely punctured it. With a double buggy and one on the buggy board with lots of bags on board too this was a vital help and we would have struggled without it. The place was very close to both a bus stop and 2 train stations-we entirely relied on public transport and this worked really well for us for getting into Stockholm and to Uppsala where we were attending a family wedding. We would definitely choose to stay at Mattias place again and would highly recommend it, particularly to families with small kids. Thank you for having us!

Söpö pieni puhdas ja siisti talo. Viihdyimme viikonlopun erinomaisesti, talossa oli kaikki tarvittava. Itsesisäänkirjautuminen oli kätevä ja mahdollisti myöhäisenkin saapumisen. Bussipysäkki oli aivan kulman takana ja helppo päästä Tukholman keskustaan 😊 Kiitos! 🩷

Mysigt boende som funkade perfekt för vårt behov över midsommar. Enkelt att komma in, lätt att hitta och nära till allt man behöver; affärer, kollektivtrafik och mysiga promenadstråk med hunden.

A lovely place to stay and very peaceful surroundings. The island of Tranholmen was lovely and Anna & Donna’s place had everything we needed. We had a lovely time in Sweden!

AnnaMaria's home is a little way outside of town but easy to reach by multiple modes of easy to manuever public transportation. I really enjoyed being in a place that felt like home and allowed me to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Another great aspect is the neighborhood. Her place is on a busy street but it doesn't feel like it at all. The community is laid back and just peaceful. I really enjoyed my time and am grateful AnnaMaria allowed me to stay in her place.

Meget søde og hjælpsomme værter, der hurtigt reagerede på vores besked og eventuelle tvivsspørgsmål. Vi manglende intet i lejligheden og nød hver morgen og aften den skønne udsigt fra den overdækkede balkon eller fra tagterrassen. Lejligheden var flot rengjort over det hele, da vi ankom og indeholdt alt det oplyste udstyr. Alt fungerede uden problemer. En rigtig fin og overskuelig vejledning til boligen var lagt til os. Helt sikkert en bolig, der får den bedste anbefaling herfra.

Jag är väldigt nöjd med lägenheten, den passade mitt besök i Stockholm perfekt. Eiad var en väldigt bra värd och gav oss instruktioner som var enkla att följa. Parkeringen utanför lägenheten var också väldigt smidigt.

Io e la mia famiglia ( due adulti e tre bambini) abbiamo soggiornato nell’alloggio di Jan per 8 giorni. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per la permanenza, alloggio molto caldo e confortevole, vicino alla stazione del treno, ben collegato con Stoccolma. La casa si trova a pochi chilometri dall’aeroporto di Arlanda e da altre cittadine molto carine da visitare. Self check in con cassetta di sicurezza, proprietari molto reattivi e discreti.

Annas lägenhet har allt du behöver och ligger nära tunnelbanan, i ett lugn område. En underbar liten uteplats mot en innergård där grannar umgås tillsammans - om man vill. Vi hade det jättebra!

Fabulous apartment in a great location with lovely views! Easy walking distance to rail and metro with access to all parts of Stockholm. The apartment is exactly as detailed in the listing - highly recommended! Alejandro is a great host and shared restaurant recommendations which we really appreciated.
