Asama, kites fly in the wide sky, and the Usuda Space Observatory is nearby, so the air is clean. There are several hot springs, including Fuse Onsen and Nozomi Sunpia, that you can get to by car. You can also go to Karuizawa, Mt. Nobe, and Kiyosato in about an hour by car, so you can climb Mt. Yatsugatake and trek to Myogi Arashina Saku Kogen Quasi-National Park. A rice-growing area comparable to Niigata, and thirteen breweries of local sake made with water from Chikuma that flows from Yatsugatake and Mt. Asama There are "Pinkoro Jizo", "Tomono Castle" and "Nakajima Park" on the walking course. Within a 15-minute walk, there is a large supermarket, "TSURUYA", and the roadside station "Healthy Terrace Saku Minami" in front of Saku Minami Interchange, so you can enjoy local ingredients using the cooking utensils and seasonings in the house. Nagano's Happy House (Karuizawa West)　

Happy House is about a 30-minute drive or 15 minutes by train from Karuizawa, a summer resort, and is located in a secluded spot in Miyotamachi. It's the perfect log house for groups of friends, families with kids, solo travelers, and workers!　 From the skylight on the second floor, you can see the majestic Mt. Asama to the north, Mt. Hirao to the south, and the starry sky at night. Outside, you can use the barbecue grill on the roofed terrace. You can use it for an optional ¥2,000 per use. To bathe in the firewood-fired large pine bath in the separate building, the option is available for 3,000 yen. Please book by 12: 00 on the day. Please enjoy the use of the firewood stove for an option fee of ¥1,000. Please pay for each option in cash or PayPay at check-in. 　Nearby, a 6-minute drive away, is Hirao Onsen "Miharashi no Yu", which has an excellent view. In addition, Omogae is located in a scenic environment, near the Tsuyukiri Gorge, where the Yukawa River a first-class river that starts from Karuizawa's Shiraito Falls and connects the Chikuma River to the Shinano River. You can stroll around in about 40 minutes.

IZUMIYA is a newly built, single-family home located about a 7-minute walk from the north exit of Karuizawa Station. The house has 2 units and rents 2 buildings. It is in a good location within walking distance of the popular outlet mall, Kyukaruizawa Ginza, and Unba Pond, and you can also enjoy the beautiful nature unique to Karuizawa. It is very convenient, with a convenience store, supermarket, and delicious restaurants nearby. You can spend a spacious time renting one building, and it is equipped with a kitchen, furniture, and appliances necessary for daily life, so you can stay with your family and friends as if you were living in Karuizawa. Capsule House-K, a monumental capsule house in nature designed by Kisho Kurokawa

CAPUSULE HOUSE-K is a private house designed by Kisho Kurokawa. It was created based on the concepts of Metabolism and Homo Mobius. This building is composed of the same capsules as the Chugin Capsule Tower Building, which is also a metabolism building, and was completed in 1973, the year after the building was completed. Until now, it has been open only to a few people and was a little-known building, but in 2019, the restoration was started by Kisho Kurokawa's son, and now it is open to the public with the interior of that time.
