Condo holiday rentals in Kite Beach

Not much to add to the other reviews. The place was amazing,super clean and comfortable and a 2 minute walk to beach which was mostly empty and extremely beautiful.The weather was perfect with strong ocean breeze and the pool was a great addition. The grounds were beautiful and maintained and it’s a little gated community so private and safe. Lastly the hosts were very responsive and flexible and helpful,very relaxed 😎

This place was beyond expectations, here are the Pros and Cons: Pros: you have Ocean Views from the balcony, so the home is on the higher side of the island and that’s how you get breathtaking views of the ocean but not ocean Front. The home is less than 5 minutes drive to the beach which is literally down the street, but we took the car because the kids would be exhausted after surfing. Very safe home and a guard at the gate from 4 pm until the morning, so we would go to sleep knowing all is well. Even though we felt safe from the start due the vibe and warmth of the people who live there 😎 People that live in that condo building or the host which lives close by are just so lucky, this was the most calming experience and eco friendly place I have ever been to! And I have to mention the very pleasant locals and lots lots of international people that made this area their forever home. I will for sure be back with our family, we all fell in love! CONS———NONE 🥰🙌🏼💖

Excellent place, everything you need, comfortable bed and excellent if you come with a child because next to it is a playground and pool.

I cannot thank Babette and Chepe enough for having me to stay at the studio. They went above and beyond in SO many ways. It was honestly the absolute best experience I've had staying anywhere. They are the ultimate hosts! I had a health emergency while I was there, and Babette was so unbelievably kind and generous with her time - both helping me but also checking in afterwards. I can't thank her enough for this - especially as I was on my own. The studio itself is absolutely gorgeous (I had to force myself to leave and explore!). They really have thought of absolutely everything, and the attention to detail is amazing. The beds are so comfortable, and it is just a wonderful place to spend time. The walk to various beaches and shops is so easy and enjoyable. The surf boards from Chepe are fantastic and it's such a lovely group to visit on the beach too! Cannot thank them enough and would recommend this to anyone! I wouldn't stay anywhere else and can't wait to return!

This AirBNB provided a delightful stay during my vacation to the DR. Everything in the unit looked nice and clean upon my arrival. And everything in the unit appeared just as the pictures portrayed it to be. The balcony area was extremely nice and the pool area was very nice as well. Marleny was nice and very accommodating. I arrived about an hour and a half prior to my check-in time and she allowed me to check-in early and on my last day she allowed me a late check out of 2.5 hours that helped me align much better with my departure flight. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone traveling to the area, it is definitely worth its listed price.

I loved Hilarys place, so oraceful and private, just what I was looking for. gorgeous front view..of the ocean. nice surroundings, beautiful foliage. Hilary is such a responsive helpful host. would definitely stay again!!!

The Airbnb was in a great location. The owner communicated well and supported all my needs. The best part was the convenience of the nearby restaurant, pools, and 24-hour security. I highly recommend it—10/10.

Excellent place for those on a budget. Clean and safe. Beautiful grounds and pool. Groundskeeper Manual and administrator Jessica super to deal with and owner Matthew a phone call away if any issues! Apartment is cozy and has all the basics. We enjoyed our stay!

I loved the place, everything was very clean and beautiful, the accommodations were in good condition, the pool was very nice, and the beach was a bit rough for swimming, but it’s a wonderful place to relax and spend time with family.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was even nicer and more spacious than we were anticipating, and felt so homey. Lindsay also made us feel extremely comfortable staying here, always answering in a very quick, helpful, and friendly manor whenever I had to message her about something! The location was so perfect, very close to all necessities, beautiful locations, and amazing food - which Lindsay also shared great recommendations with me for! We loved this airbnb and its location and are honestly envious we don't own a home there ourselves! I would love to return someday that I get the chance to. This was our second time here. Willis was very responsive. It's a 2-minute walk through the property to get to the beach. <15 minutes by car to the Centro Historico. We had a great time!

Terrific location. Right between our kite surfing and bachata classes. The apartment was nice and airy. We - and the rest of Puerto Plata - experienced some weather related difficulties. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Wonderful spot, very well located, extremely easy check-in/check-out process. This is my second time reserving this apartment, and Jose has been incredibly accommodating to last-minute changes requested due to a family emergency. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will be back!

Rosa’s beach apartment was absolutely beautiful down to the decorations down to feeling right at home access to a pool and a private beach my family and I had a wonderful time at Rosa’s apartment. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back. Rosa was very nice and polite and very responsive and attentive gave us recommendations to restaurants and things to do around her Airbnb.
