Je suis resté 1 mois ce fut très agréable propre et sécuritaire. Le petit resto Grotto cuisine simple mais délicieuse. J'ai bien envie d'y retourner merci.

Great place great value will stay again

came here on a solo surf trip, it was perfect. I wanted a low key place that wasn't a resort. This is a one bedroom apartment in a quiet safe location tucked away with a great outdoor space. The kitchen has all the basics to cook your own meals. The AC works well, it's in the bedroom only, but the house was cool when I came back from the beach every day (with the AC off), there's also a clean pool to cool off in. There's a fan in the kitchen as well if you need a breeze while cooking! The shower has hot water and decent pressure. Easy 5-10 min walk to the food park, a bakery/breakfast, and 2 convenience stores, and an ATM. Most importantly it's a 5-10 min walk to the beach. Absolutely highly recommend for a solo traveler/couple. I felt safe here and walked to the beach alone and to/from the shop at night. Eve was soooo helpful and very responsive! Her place looks exactly like the photos. Thank you so much Eve!!!

The place was very comfortable has everything you may need. Private backyard was the best part. Minutes sways from the beach (driving) and walking distance from the Playero supermarket. Enrico was a great host, always very responsive. Very pleased with our stay.

Matthew s place is perfect for those traveling on a budget but want a safe clean place right at the heart of things but far enough to relax and have some quiet time when needed. There is a large supermarket less than 5.minutes walk and a small Bodega across street for necessities. Right next door is a vra restaurant that serves specials all week and is run by a very friendly guy George and his cook Rahna excellent food and economical . Water was always hot when you leave the heater on for just 20.mins. The place has a huge fan and an air-conditioner but I found fan worked wonderfully for me . You do have to pay extra for electric use but it is very cheap. I was there for two week and had a c on maybe 4 times and fan and TV every Night and I paid less than 300 pesos ( 6 bucks) . All in all don't expect the Hilton buy for this money you will not find a better place in Sosua.Excellent stay

¡Una estancia increíble! El apartamento fue súper cómodo, limpio y muy bien equipado. Me sentí como en casa desde el primer momento. La ubicación era perfecta y todo estaba tal como se mostraba en las fotos (¡o mejor!). Definitivamente me encantó y volvería sin pensarlo. ¡Muy recomendable!

I could write an essay about the hospitality I received. Will definitely be back. Love the security of the place. Only complaints I have is the size of the pans that were available but that’s only cause I cook for myself. Although considering how responsive they were I’m sure I could’ve gotten a bigger skillet if I asked. Great place and location will definitely be back soon. Highly appreciative of Mairobi.

Lucy is a fantastic host! The villa is gorgeous- both indoor and outdoor spaces were beautiful, functional and well used by our group! It was a quick and scenic 10 minute walk to the beach. The Green One section of the beach was very quiet and hardly had guests unlike the rest of the beachfront. This place is a must stay and we will be back!

Host was great and was there when we got there to show us around. The driveway to get back off Rt 5 is narrow but is fine for a car. Unit was very clean and airy. No ac but we didn't need it with windows open. It's about as private as you will find for the price. There is a house close by on one side but we barely saw anyone there the whole time. It's also only a 30 minute drive from Cabarate, where there are lots of great eating options. Host was super responsive. Would definitely go back!

El local tiene buena ubicación, en la noche el camino es un poco oscuro y no está tan cerca de ños restaurantes para ir caminando. A pesar de eso, es un lugar muy tranquilo que te permite dormir sin interrupciones. El host es muy amable.

La estadía fue muy agradable, el lugar es espacioso, muy tranquilo y seguro. Está cerca de restaurantes y playas de la zona. Daysi fue muy agradable y proactiva, sin duda nos quedaríamos nuevamente en su alojamiento.

We loved our stay. The villa is within a 2-minute walk from the beach and is in a great condition. Erika who manages the place was super responsive and helped us with restaurant bookings, taxi, etc. There's a small supermarket within a 5-minute walk, but the selection is not that great. But we mostly ate out so it wasn't a big deal. There are many restaurants either within a walking distance or a quick taxi ride.

If you’re looking to visit Puerto Plata and want to have enjoyable stay, packed with activities. You’re in the right place! Definitely good value for your money. The photos don’t do justice to the house! Totally enjoyed our stay and Franchesca’s help was a huge part of it! Her recommendations are superb! We definitely would be coming back and staying at Franchesca’s.

I loved Hilarys place, so oraceful and private, just what I was looking for. gorgeous front view..of the ocean. nice surroundings, beautiful foliage. Hilary is such a responsive helpful host. would definitely stay again!!!

Excellent stay! Beautiful apartment, super clean and prime location! Host was very responsive and booked and confirmed within minutes!

Martin is a great host, he invited me out for a drink when I arrived, and on arrival he provided a few nice welcoming drinks and toiletries. The pros of the apartment were the cleanliness, the air conditioning, the swimming pool, the apartment complex is similar to a hotel so there are places on site to get food and drinks. It's also a nice place to meet people as there is a fun atmosphere around the place. Martin the host is also great at responding to your messages and always tries to help out with your questions. The cons are the wifi, the wifi is better in the bedroom but not strong enough in the rest of the apartment if you're going to work. If you're there on holiday then its no problem. The wifi around the complex works great though, by the pool, in the reception etc. And Martin did his best to offer alternative places for me to work. And also having to pay for cleaning the bed sheets was a con or not having them replaced. Overall, I would recommend staying there for sure!

Oliver’s place is in a very safe environment, clean, modern and comfortable. All appliances, hot water, WiFi, TV and air conditioning works well. It is located in an environment that has a nice clean pool area to relax and a restaurant onsite. Oliver’s place is within walking distance of everything you need and his communication is good if you need any information. I highly recommend Oliver’s place.
