Villa Saimaan Joutsenlahti

Saimaan rannalla olevassa modernissa mökissa pääset viettämään lomaa hienoissa puitteissa. Mökin suurista ikkunoista on näkymä Saimaalle. Puulämmitteisessä saunassa on pehmeät löylyt ja iso maisemaikkuna. Saunan yhteydessä on iso terassialue oleskeluun ja ruuanlaittoon (grilli ja savustin). Hyvät mahdollisuudet kalastukseen, marjastukseen, pyöräilyyn, golfiin, hiihtämiseen jne. Ympärivuoden käytössä oleva ulkoporeallas, soutuvene, 2 SUP lautaa ja 2 kajakkia ovat vapaasti vuokralaisten käytössä.

Ainutlaatuinen huvila järven rannalla

The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Peace and harmony at Pikkumökki-cottage

Pikkumökki-cottage is a cosy, traditional log cottage with a magnificent view over the lake Saimaa. The cottage has an open common area (livingroom and kitchenette) and a sleeping alcove. Sauna is in the same building with an own entrance. There is no shower, but you wash yourself with a refreshing lakewater. There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Villa Rautjärvi

This wonderful lakeside log cabin is located 25 km north from Mikkeli. The cabin, finished in 2014, invites you to relax and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Finnish nature. It's cosy and decorated with high-class natural materials and comfortable furnishings and is fully equipped with a modern, compact open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, each with 160 cm x 200 cm beds, loft room with a king size bed, an inviting living room and dining area, bathroom, sauna, separate toilet and a terrace.

Mökki järven rannalla

Jos kaipaat pientä irtiottoa kaupungin hälinästä luonnon rauhaan on tämä juuri sinulle. Vuokraa edullisesti vaatimaton sähköistetty peruskuntoinen kesämökki (n. 65 neliötä) Varkauden Kangaslammilta (mökki sijaitsee etelärannan puolella). Kaikki mökissä ei aivan vimpan päälle ja jiirissä, mutta perussiisti mökki missä kaikki tarvittava. Mökissä on jääkaappi, pakastin, mikro, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin, liesi, kaasu grilli. Perusastiasto, televisio, radio, palovaroittimet.

Mäntyniemi hiirsihuvila Saimaan rannalla

Tervetuola nauttimaan lomastasi ympäri vuoden Mäntyniemen huvilaan Saimaa järven raannalla . tämä idyllinen hirsitalo tarjoaa ainutlaatuinen mahdollisuuden kokea rauhallinen loma lunnon helmassa. Huvilla sijaitsee metsän keskellä , josta avautuvat upeat järvimaisemat. Voit rentoutua rantasaunassa, pulikoida Saimaassa ja nautia grilliaterioista grillikatoksella auringonlaskua ihastellen. Yksityinen ranta tarjoaa mahdollisuuden myös paljun, laiturin, kalastukseen ja soutuveneen käyttöön.

Huoneisto vanhassa koulussa

Huoneisto entisen kyläkoulun suojaisassa päädyssä. Huoneistossa tupakeittiö, avoin makuuhuone ja kylpyhuone. Makuupaikka neljälle. Parisänky makuuhuoneessa ja levitettävä sohva olohuoneessa. Huoneistossa on opettajan koroke ja ulkoportaat, ei ole siis esteetön. Ulkosauna lämpenee lisämaksusta. Asunto sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella, 8km keskustasta. Muu osa rakennuksesta on majoittajan omassa käytössä. Pihalla on tilaa oleskella ja esim. grillata. Sopii hyvin myös lapsiperheille.

All comforts at Villa Rananiemi with beach sauna

Rananiemi is a fully equipped cottage on a lake bank facing the south. The cottage, built in 2002, is surrounded by pine moor and rocks. The immediate surroundings of the cottage are partly lawn, partly undisturbed nature. The terrace and the combined kitchen/livingroom have a view to the slope declining towards the lake. The yard on the other side of the cottage is flat. The neighbouring waters are sheltered and well suitable for paddling or other water activities.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Mummolamajoitusta luomutilalla

PihaMummolamme on idyllinen ja aito mummola toimivan luomumaitotilan pihapiirissä. Meillä pääset tutustumaan maatilan elämään, lypsylle ja hoitamaan eläimiä halutessasi. Maatilamme lehmistä löytyy lempeitä yksilöitä ja mm. kaikkia suomenkarjarotuja. Mummolan vuokraan kuuluu päärakennuksen lisäksi erillinen rantasauna veden äärellä. Vesistöt ja upeat metsäalueet hallitsevat seutua mutta Mummolassa pääset helposti myös tutustumaan vireään kesäkylä Lohilahteen.

Villa Myllymäki

Myllymäen päälle omin käsin rakennetussa villa Myllymäessä on helppoa rentoutua ja päästä lähelle luontoa nauttien upeista maisemista. Koko päätyseinän kokoinen ikkuna kehystää upean järvimaiseman. Tilalla on n. 40 hehtaaria eläinten laiduntamaa metsää joka takaa helppokulkuiset ja hienot patikointimaastot. Etäisyys Savonlinnan keskustaan on 10km autolla tai 6 km veneellä. Tilalla on myös yksityinen laavu lammen rannalla yhtä upein näkymin.
