This superbly located property has easy access to everything. The apartment completed in 2019 is located right next to the train station and the shopping center. From the airport only 7 minutes by train and to the center of Helsinki half an hour. The apartment is located on the fifth floor and large windows have long views. The house has an elevator. The apartment is neat, stylish, and bright. The apartment has sheets and towels.

Studio apartment with an alcove and bathroom. There is also a nice and spacious balcony. 15 min walk or a short bus ride to the train station. The train takes you to the airport in 7 minutes and to Helsinki city in 25 minutes. Also quick access to the Tampere highway (route 3 ). Top floor (7th) with open view to the west in a new (2/2018) building. Notice a generous discount for a long term stay (up to 45 %).

The space was clean and everything was as described. Not far from the train station, you can go to Helsinki and the airport without changing trains. The key was left for us at the airport, so we could check in at midnight without any problems. Communication always friendly and uncomplicated. Gladly again 🙂

My son and I stayed here for 3 weeks and loved the place. A cool, modern apartment with all the amenities you could possibly need in a studio. Marko is an easy going, welcoming and responsive host and Kivistö is a beautiful new neighborhood with lots of interesting architecture and a convenient location.
