The 2nd floor of the 2-storey villa with a view of the Lebiderya sea and the terrace is rented. My house is located under Gerish, a calm area of Yalikavak. On the top floor of the apartment is a view of the lebiderya sea view that only belongs to you there is a terrace. The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people) , bathroom/toilet , open kitchen, and balcony.. It is about 50 square meters. Since the place where our site is located is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.

Comfortable, calm, detached studio apartment in the center.

As of June 2024, I have created this listing for my new home in Milas. My apartment is the guest room of the old Milas house. It offers ease of transportation with its staircase-free, independent entrance and convenience of use in the center with its large courtyard. We are ideally located for staying in the center of Milas. With short walks, you can visit the Baltic Gate, Uzunyuva, Gümüşkesen. Easy access to public transportation We are an animal friendly family. Our dog Kara is just as cute as our cats.

Everything was amazing from check in to check out. Great location, and a place to enjoy. Hosts Onur and Sevgul were very responsive which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended to families, and couples just trying to get away for a while.

I had the pleasure of staying at this stunning villa on Airbnb and I'm thrilled! The light-flooded kitchen-living room is a highlight with a huge flat screen TV and large windows that allow an almost 360-degree view of the sea. The view is overwhelming, especially from the master bedroom. A lot of praise to the two owners, Mr. Vural, and the employee, Mr. Durmus. They were always available and extremely helpful with any questions. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable! The only drawback is that the villa could be better presented to present the different areas in more detail. It would also be great to offer interactive opportunities outdoors, such as a table tennis table under the pergola. All in all, everything was great! This villa is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. I highly recommend.

The home environment was spacious and tidy. Although it is simple, everything for the needs is available at home. The kitchen and garden were pleasant areas. Being in an easily accessible location and having satisfactory accommodation conditions may be your priority in the preferability list. The villa surrounds and hotel complex are beautiful and extremely pleasant to walk around (although note there are some quite steep hills). Everything you need is in the complex. The villa itself is very well decorated, clean and very easy to live in. The kitchen has everything you need and was immaculately clean. The host was responsive and was available at check-in to help us find the villa and settle in. We would definitely go back again.
