Host was very friendly and responded to my queries patiently. Location was very ideal and there are many amenities nearby. Highly recommend for big families who want their own personal space and a more affordable option compared to hotel rooms.

Naomi-san helped us with the parking direction when we were a little lost. Everything was fantastic and we greatly enjoyed the accomodation. Nearby convenience stores and parking lot available, near to Sapporo City and neighbourhood is very peaceful. Very clean, comfortable and nice place. Even in summer (mid June), room without aircon was perfectly fine since it was cooling at night. Thank you!

It is located in a quiet local residential area. During the 8 nights, I have never encountered a foreigner other than a Japanese in the neighborhood. It is a 5-minute walk to Nakajima Park. Nakajima Park is great for walking, running, and just sitting around doing nothing. There are subway stations at the top and bottom of the park. It's a good walk from the accommodation to Suskino. If you go to Suskino, you can also walk to Odori Park. Walking from the accommodation to Sapporo Station beyond Odori Park feels psychologically distant, and it is convenient to take the subway or tram. Although it is a quiet neighborhood, there are convenience stores, small but delicious ramen and home-style restaurants, soup curry restaurants, izakaya, etc. within a 5-10 minute walk, so you can eat and drink in the local style in the neighborhood. Check-in and check-out were conveniently done without face-to-face, and I stayed safely without any inconvenience. It was nice that the bed and living room were separated by a sliding partition, and the size of the living room was suitable for two people. It's a shame that I can't watch local Japanese broadcasts because there's no TV. It was cleaned very cleanly, all facilities were clean, the water pressure was good, cooking and laundry were possible.

The place consider strategic just beside the Tanuki Koji shopping street, plenty of shops restautant and Izakaya to enjoy! We have enjoyed our stay and also made our staycation cozy. One more which need to be mentioned would be the host willing to help, and we are grateful for the response.

I came here with my family, very quiet and back to the nature. You can feel how owner care the guests, they prepare almost everything you need, the rice, the coffee, and a lot of lovely plates with different sizes that enough for a big family. We played the snow just in front of the house, however we can just wear tee indoor, very warm. The house is old, the equipments are really in good quality from the toilet and cloth dryer, owner prepared electric blankets for us etc, they live nearby so you will feel reliable, and replied to you in time. You can find a cafe and an onsen by car within 10 min. The only suggestion is you need prepare enough foods in advance before coming.

The accommodation was very tidy and spacious, and it was so comfortable and comfortable for all 4 people to use:) Parking was easy, and the entrance was easy to open. It was a private house, so it was quiet and had privacy. I intend to revisit 1000% the next time I visit Sapporo. This is the house I want to go to again:)

As good as before, for the comfort of our stay, Mr. Host deliberately burned the furnace in advance and pushed the door open, wow, so warm.We are honored to book this property again, with the exception of the bathroom that keeps it private, and the other rooms have clean screen windows to regulate themselves, making the rooms airy 24/7 and fresh and refreshing.The host provided a rich variety of daily necessities, fully equipped with tableware and kitchenware, two wide single beds neat and comfortable, one more single bed for laying out covers, daily change of clothes, bath towels, towels, was too convenient.The host also thoughtfully set my own password for both of them, so I'm happy.We don't like the bustling and bustle of the big city, and Otaru's calm and quiet let us come and come again.With friends we share, this home is your go-to.

My very first experience staying at Airbnb, and it was much better than I expected. The place is clean and tidy. Every material used in the house is quality products. To be honest, this Airbnb is even better than my current apartment. Thank you Aya san for being a great host as well. You were very helpful during our stay.

Beautiful and clean place, perfect for our big family of 8. A 10+ mins stroll from station with loads of food / convenience stores in the area. Host was responsive and kind to quickly replace faulty appliance within next morning.

Good location in between Sapporo and New Chitose Airport. There is a supermarket very near to Shiroishi station.

It's a clean and modern house. The bed was big in a room with two beds, so it was okay except for the part where there was no space for luggage. The bed was also comfortable. However, the room was a little cold. It's a great value.

This was our first time visiting Otaru, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station and an easy stroll to the main streets of Otaru. Every morning, we could hear the sound of the steam clock and music in the distance, which made the atmosphere feel so peaceful and beautiful. It’s also very close to convenience stores and everything else we needed. We really loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

we had a pleasant time staying here! it's close to the station, konbini, and tourist spots in otaru like otaru music box museum, otaru canal, letao, and many more! they are all walkable from the apartment. the place is quite spacious for the 7 of us. it's also very clean. would love to stay here again next time we go to otaru!

Near Minami Otaru Station, everything matches the description. But one thing I didn’t know—the room door is more like a partition, not a real door.

The city and accessibility were good, and I was thankful for using it conveniently.

Convenient and clean, short walk to Minami Otaru Station and also a short walk to Marchen Crossroads (with lots to experience and eat!). The view outside was wonderful. We had a wonderful time at Otaru 😄
