Holiday rentals with a patio in Kladno District

We had an amazing 4 nights stay at Kristyna’s Airbnb. It was comfy, clean and have everything you need. Kristyna is always responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends for this stay!

Apartment is beautiful and as described with everything you need! Quiet location with bakery, minimart, bistro’s in the next street and metro 2 minutes walk away. Walk to old town took around 30 minutes along river or £6 via uber if you’re tired. Taxis to the castle cost around £7. The apartment is air conditioned which was a god send due to the hot weather whilst we stayed. Walk in shower was great and worth the mention !! We didn’t cook as took much delight in trying some of the local restaurants however kitchen does have everything you need. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in and spent a few lazy mornings watching Netflix after walking 50 million steps around Prague 😂 you won’t want to get out !! The hosts were very welcoming and immediately responsive to any queries!! Very professional whilst friendly at the same time and nothing was too much trouble for them. I highly recommend this apartment and will be booking again !!!

Es war alles super, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und die Anbindung in die Innenstadt ist super. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen☺️

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Andrea à Prague durant nos 2 jours, elle est très réactive et reste très abordable, le logement est fonctionnel et parfaitement adapté aux photos et accessible à 4 minutes à pieds des transports pour rejoindre le centre ville et 30 minutes en Uber de l’aéroport

The stay was peaceful. Instructions were given, even recommendations. It’s in great location. I can imagine in hot summer it could get a little bit warm, but other than that- superb. Thank you.

We stayed in the accommodation for 4 nights and enjoyed the space. It was more than big enough for all of us. It was right in the middle of the city centre with trams and buses only metres away. It had a lift to the entrance so you’d be able to stay if you couldn’t walk the stairs (as it’s on the top floor) All the bedrooms were clean and tidy and the open spaces were large enough for everyone in the group to meet and socialise. Our only gripe was that the cooker hob only had 2 knobs out of four, and one of the remaining knobs wouldn’t remain on when primed, so we couldn’t use it to cooking meals. We had plenty of bins for recycling our rubbish and loads of outdoor space to enjoy the wonderful views of the city. It’s obvious that this accommodation is well used and looks a wee bit tired in parts. We had loose floor tiles upstairs and a banister on the stairs leading up to the first floor which completely came off, when someone pulled on it walking up the stairs which is dangerous.

Fabulous place to stay in Prague! Jana’s apartment is really beautiful and in the best location, beautiful surroundings, away from the really busy old town which was only five minutes walk away. The bed was super comfortable and huge, and the bathroom and kitchen all worked well with a very comfortable sofa and pretty courtyard where we could relax and have a glass of wine. Jana kindly left us a few beers to start our holiday when we arrived which was welcome after our trip from London and coffee pods were provided also. If we came back to Prague we’d definitely look to stay here again as it was simply perfect in every way. Jana’s recommendations of places to eat and visit were also extremely helpful and we visited many of them. Jana and Jan are great hosts!

Ubytovani bylo situovane v prijemnem prostredi a v klidne casti mesta. Parkovaci misto je prijemnym bonusem. Hezky zarizeny byt, velmi cisty a perfektne zarizeny. Radi se vratime.

If you like special places quiet and having certain level of privacy do not hesitate and go for it! Location is perfect, the area is beautiful. House is very well equipped with everything you need. Alena is a great host. You will enjoy the romantic atmosphere, warm fireplace green territory and small nice sauna. Fantastic time here. My recommendation!

Krásná moderní chatička, přesně jako ma fotkách. Super využit každý centimetr místa. Chatka je menší ale opravdu logicky je promyšlen každý detail. Hezká velká zahrada využitelná zpředu i vzadu. Luxus čistá koupelna. Sauna báječná. Hostitel vždy reagoval na dotazy ihned. My i naši pejsci jsme to tu moc užili. Určitě se vrátíme a doporučíme širší rodině :-)) více takových ubytování 🌻

Es war wirklich sehr schön bei Natalia, sie war sehr freundlich, ebenso ihr mann. Die Lage war ziemlich zentral nur 20 min in die Innenstadt mit der Bahn oder dem Uber. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig! Der Pool war das Highlight bei unseren Temperaturen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war großartig, die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel! Die Wohnung war sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet, durch den hohen Zaun und das Tor vor dem Haus hatten wir jederzeit ein Gefühl von Privatsphäre. Außerdem wurden wir mit Snacks und Getränken begrüßt und es gab Amazon Prime und Netflix von der Unterkunft aus eingerichtet. Es lief alles Problemlos und unkompliziert. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft nur eine Empfehlung und jedes Geld wert! Wenn es uns noch einmal nach Tschechien verschlägt, dann auf jeden Fall wieder zu Sarka :)

Kornelie vermietet nicht einfach nur eine Unterkunft, sie vermietet ein Zuhause. Von Anfang an hat einfach alles gepasst: - Persoenlicher Check-In mit Erklaerung von allen notwendigen Dingen - Sie hat individuelle Wuensche erfuellt - Alles war sauber und in gutem Zustand - Ausstattung koennte nicht besser sein, besonders in der Kueche. Ausserdem extra Bettwaesche und viele Handtuecher. - Schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation vor und waehrend des Aufenthalts Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen, vor allem wenn man mit Familie kommt und laenger bleiben moechte. Es gibt in 2-3 Fussminuten einen kleinen Spielplatz mit Fussballtoren und Basketball Korb. Wir haben einen Fussball und Basketball dort gelassen fuer die kommenden Gaeste. Kornelie, Vielen Dank fuer diesen tollen und entspannten Aufenthalt!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft! Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und freundlich! Ein früherer Check in war nach Absprache möglich. Gerne wieder!

A quiet home near Prague. Perfect for a familiy weekend to chillout and see some new places

Es war wunderschön in Prag und unsere Unterkunft war spitze. Es war alles so, wie beschrieben. Check-in war super einfach und der Check-out unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar und sehr empfehlenswert, für Paare ,die ruhig und komfortabel wohnen wollen. Sehr gefallen hat uns die Sauna und der Wihrlpool auf der überdachten Terrasse. Es lädt zum Relaxen ein.

Perfect location, walking distance of main tourist areas but far enough away to be peaceful at night! Terrace space was amazing especially with nice weather! Kitchen area and bedroom area were bigger than expected and very clean! Bathroom was small but perfect space for two people! Stairs up are hard but well worth it for the space and location you get with this property! Check in and out very easy and all amenities available were great! Would stay again!

Hostitel s námi komunikoval rychle, pokyny k ubytování jsou přesné. Byt se nachází na klidné ulici, kde se dá v pohodě zaparkovat. Výhodou okolí je nakupní centrum, kavárny, spousta restaurací a také velmi dobrá dostupnost na městskou dopravu (tramvaj a metro). Co se týče samotného prostředí bytu, tak jsme byly mírně zklamané a to predevším hned po příchodu do bytu. Byl zde cítit zvláštní zápach. Nejspíše ze sedací soupravy, která má fleky a polštáře, které na ní jsou, by bylo potřeba jednou za čas vyčistit, vzhledem k četnosti využití daného bytu i jinými hosty. Byl to velice silný zápach. Za to nejspíše přímo hostitel nemůže, neboť má najatou úklidovou firmu, které je to očividně jedno. Bylo by dobré i pro budoucí hosty, aby si uklidová firma dávala větší péči i s čistotou tohoto typu vybavení. Nejčistší místností byla koupelna. V ložnici nás zarazila absence zásuvek u postele. Zásuvku u dveří nebylo možné používat. Nefungovala zde televize. Ostatní vybavení v bytě bylo v pořádku.

Veldig fin, ren og ryddig leilighet. Hadde det vi trengte for 4 dagers tur til Praha. Fin beliggenhet, rett i nærheten av restauranter og shoppinggate. Ikke for langt unna gamlebyen. Terrasse fra soverommet med sol på morningen/formiddag/tidlig ettermiddag. Mot rolig bakgård. Utsikt mot katedralen og borgen fra takvinduet. Lett inn-/utsjekk med kodelås. Anbefales og jeg/vi ville bodd her igjen.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious, stylish apartment in the heart of Prague. The location is ideal - just a short walk to Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and great restaurants. The two huge bedrooms were perfect and the apartment was spotless and well-equipped, with nice touches like quality shower gels and hair products. We loved the cute balcony with a table and chairs for four - it catches the evening sun and was a great spot to relax before heading out. The host was incredibly helpful, arranging early luggage drop-off and providing a great online guidebook with local tips. On our last day, we stored our luggage securely in the building for just 100 CZK, which let us enjoy a full final day. Reception staff were friendly and informative too. Overall, a smooth, comfortable and memorable. Would stay here again!

Stayed in this apartment for a week and we absolutely loved it, if I lived in Prague I’d wanna live there. Tram and metro right round the corner, lovely eateries down the whole high street. Apartment was huge loved the bed with two duvets, TV and fully operational kitchen, lovely shower and the Air conditioning was AMAZING! Would recommend Jakubs apartment to family and friends as worth the price and the communication from Jakub was the best I’ve ever experienced. Helped with travel and replies very fast. We actually got a text off Jakub when we were at the airport that we had left some souvenirs behind and it’s brilliant to know the cleaner didn’t just pick them up and leave, that she actually contacted Jakub who could then follow that onto us. So so trusting and now we are waiting for them to be sent to us which is another amazing thing that Jakub is doing for us! When we come back to Prague we will definitely be staying at one of Jakubs apartments Thank you for everything Jakub!!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Zuzanas Wohnung sehr genossen! Total ruhig, sehr bequeme Betten, wunderbar sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet! Dazu kommt man mit den nahen Tramlinien sehr schnell ins Zentrum. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie uneingeschränkt und wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Zuzana war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war eine Freude, mit ihr zu kommunizieren. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
