Family-friendly villa from 2019 located at the end of the road in a newly built villa neighborhood where the neighbors are our friends. The home is located in the small, charming village of Syðrugøta, where there is a beach, a playground, and a soccer field. It takes 25-30 minutes to drive to Tórshavn and 15 minutes to Klaksvík. Outside, we have a south-facing garden with a trampoline and a large terrace with a dining area for the evening sun. In addition to the four bedrooms, we have an extra room on the ground floor with a sofa bed.

Quiet and luxurious and with a view that's hard to beat, come kick back and relax while you enjoy the unique nature surrounding the town of Klaksvík. Birds abound, and the occasional seal pops to the surface right outside the window.
