Just off Highway 97, about 70 miles from Crater lake, 3 miles from Skylakes Medical Center & OIT. The Loft has easy access to all our city has to offer. Just a couple of blocks from downtown Klamath Falls, and within walking distance to many great restaurants, local brewery/pubs, parks, museums, local boutiques and numerous hiking trails! This is a very unique property that is downtown, close to everything, but sits on a 1/2 acre, has tons of parking, and great views from almost every window!

Private Basement Studio Hideaway

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. You get a jug of pre-filtered electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water in the fridge as well as pre-filtered water right from the kitchen tap and a pre-filter on the shower. Have questions? Ask me.

Or maybe you just want to read a book and go kayak down beautiful spring creek This log home has three bedrooms, two king beds and one full. THE THIRD BEDROOM which is a full size bed, IS OFF THE GARAGE. The master has a large jetted tub. You can bbq on the large porch or snuggle up on the couch and read a book. There are pine trees all around you.

Located between La Pine and Crescent in a very quiet and private neighborhood. The property sits on one acre and is easily accessible by a paved road. A fire pit is available for use (wood supplied). Come enjoy all Central Oregon has to offer: hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, skiing, you name it! Please contact me to discuss pets.
