The apartment is bright, cozy and very small (approx. 34 m², 1.5 rooms) and was last renovated in January 2022. The built-in kitchen, eco-design floor (phthalate-free) and electrical system were renovated in 2017. Suitable for all those who want to be on the outskirts of Westerland and who do not mind the "charm of a yellow clinker apartment building" Theodor Heuss Str. 16-22. Small southwest balcony available. Parking. Bed linen/towels/dish towel must be brought optionally for an additional charge of 20 euros per person.

Das Schlafzimmer lässt sich durch eine Tür schließen. Über diesem meerchenhaften Apartment befindet sich die Nordstrandnixe über Land.

We live directly on the Wiedaudeich, which belongs to a large nature reserve with a fascinating birdlife and at the same time forms the border with Denmark. Private room in the heart of Flensburg. The city center is within walking distance and yet the room is quietly located in a historic courtyard. I myself only use the apartment a few days a week. This is a large room, divided into sleeping and living area with TV. Kitchen and bathroom are of course also available to you. The bed is 140 cm wide.
