Cozy, classic mountain cabin with amazing views of the mountain landscape! The cottage has a large living room with a fireplace and exit to the balcony in a sunny south-facing location. The kitchen was replaced a couple of years ago and is fully equipped with a dining table attached, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Sauna is available. Crib is available. Hiking and skiing trails are accessible directly around the corner from the house. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village there is ICA Bua, dog sledding, brewery, etc.

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. In winter, it is a stone's throw to the ski slope and access to cross-country ski trails as well as snowmobile trails in absolute proximity. During the summer season, you can hike directly up the mountain. Bydalsfjällen is 20 minutes' drive away with a wide range of activities. In Gräftåvallen, Sweden's largest ski club is located and directly adjacent to the cabin there are 45 km of prepared ski trails. The cottage has everything needed for a ski holiday with large living areas, fireplace and sauna.
