Heating is provided by an air heat pump. The cottage has a peaceful location with a beautiful view of Lake Storsjön & Ovikenfjällen. In summer, there is access to a rowboat for fishing in Storsjön, in autumn, close to the forest, berries, mushrooms & in winter, there is the possibility for winter fishing & skiing on Storsjön's ice. Shed with bed available.

With only 150 m to the slopes, you'll only have time to wake up before you can take the first turns on the Manchester slope. There are slopes for everyone, from green to black and nice forest tracks for those who want to play a little. Cross-country trails with partially illuminated trails around Dalsjön also attract just 200 meters from the cabin. When you have run out of energy, there is both a sauna and a stove to warm up by in the cottage or why not a ready-made dinner at the inn 350 meters away. Small house in the countryside.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Västerkälen outside Krokom. The house is out in the countryside without neighbors, except for the residential house. Close to the mountains, fishing and berry picking. About 1 hour by car to the magical mountain world in summer and winter, about 25 minutes by car to central Östersund with a large selection of restaurants and other pleasures. Large and nice sauna is available in the yard, we charge a fee for it, which is paid in advance. Pets are allowed, but not cats due to allergies.

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Only 5 km away, you will find Almåsa and Änge cross-country trails. Several different hiking trails with wonderful views and bird towers are nearby.
