You will feel comfortable in our quiet centrally located accommodation with a garden terrace for you to relax. Located near the forest you can start directly to a hike. In 5 minutes walking distance you can reach the swimming pool with natural lake and the tennis courts. Within a radius of 15 km there are 5 golf courses and for cycling and mountain biking it is ideal even with kids. The center with restaurants is close and offers a vacation feeling all around. To Kitzbühel it is only 5 km.

Wir haben ein kleines aber feines Appartement in einer sehr ruhigen Einheimischen Wohngegend von Oberndorf neu renoviert, und für euch hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet. Ideale Lage zum Schi fahren und Wandern. Das Schigebiet St.Johann, Kitzbühel ist schnell erreichbar. Durch den Separaten Eingang seit ihr vollkommen unabhängig. Auch ein Parkplatz sowie W-lan ist vorhanden. Ideal für 2 Personen mit 1 Schlafzimmer und für 4.Pers. gibt es zusätzlich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnküche

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, hat ca. 45m und besteht aus, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Duschbadewanne, Abstellraum, Garderobe, 2 Balkone. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Direkt an der Tiroler Ache gelegen, kannst du hier mit herrlichem Bachrauschen deine Ferien geniessen. Das Apartment ist klein und fein und die ideale Pole Position im Sommer zum Biken, Golfen und Wandern. Im Winter bist du direkt am Lift. Der Skibus hält ganz nah bei der Unterkunft. Du kannst an der Ache entlang in ein paar Minuten ins Dorfzentrum laufen und Tiroler Gastfreundlichkeit geniessen.

The apartment was very nice and our vacation went by quickly. Very close to the ski lifts :) Unfortunately, the mobile data and wifi in the house were very weak, but that doesn't depend on Anne.

One of the absolute best AirBnB stays! The apartment was so beautiful had plenty of room for my husband and teenager and I. The bedrooms were larger than the photos suggested, so plenty of room for suitcases. The kitchen was so modern and well equipped and we enjoyed cooking several dinners there during our week stay. (The Nespresso machine was a nice touch as well!) It was hot and sunny during our stay and we loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sunset view and the peace and quiet. Fraser and his team were so responsive and helpful when we needed them. We stayed a week but the apartment was so comfortable we could have stayed longer…and we wish we did! We cannot wait to visit again. Note: Kirchberg is a beautiful town with nice restaurants and several well stocked supermarkets and wine bars. We didn’t have a car and we were able to enjoy the area quite easily.

We had an amazing time at the chalet! The value for the place was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna and hot tub. Every room was in pristine condition and we were grateful for all of us to have our own bathrooms. The beds are firm but comfortable. There was no snow when we stayed however the fall leaves were absolutely stunning to see. Would love to stay there again during ski season!

We hebben een hele fijne wintersport gehad, mede dankzij het fijne appartement van Beate! Het huisje was heel ruim voor 2 personen, alles was schoon en netjes en knus ingericht. We konden lopen naar restaurants en de supermarkt, en met de bus waren we binnen een paar haltes op de piste. Zeker een aanrader!

Samen met een vriend een week in het appartement van Alexandra verbleven. Het appartement is ruim en alles wat nodig is was aanwezig. Alexandra is bovendien een alleraardigste gastvrouw. Absoluut een aanrader!

Wir hatten einen tollen Familien-Skiurlaub in der Unterkunft von Markus und Sandra! Die Lage direkt an der Piste ist unschlagbar, mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf Kirchberg. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber.
