High above the valley, located above a mountain road, you can reach the historic house Oberlandtal. Surrounded by wide mountain meadows on which mountain sheep graze relaxed. Welcome to Rauchenbichl Castle in the heart of Salzburg city. Our newly renovated apartment is located in a historic estate at the foot of the Kapuzinerberg and is just a leisurely walk to the city center. The Rauchenbichlerhof is an imposing listed castle, with its own Baroque garden, which was first mentioned by name in 1120 and in which the former mistress of the French Emperor Napoleon I lived in 1831.
