Our stunning 2-bedroom, ground floor apartment is located right in the heart of Lauterbrunnen. The sunny terrace offers unique views of both the famous Staubbach Waterfall and the valley itself. In summer enjoy the countless hiking trails; in winter we are perfectly placed in-between the ski areas of Murren-Schilthorn AND Wengen-Grindelwald. We've lived here since the apartment was built in 2012 and we love it; but now we are travelling, so we hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do.

Our stay at Piotr’s place was absolutely perfect! The location just two train stations from Interlaken was ideal - close enough to easily access all the attractions, yet far enough away to enjoy complete peace and tranquility. The mountain views were stunning and the quiet setting was exactly what we needed. What made our stay special: • The apartment was exactly as described and beautifully clean • Piotr was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent local recommendations • Communication was seamless from booking to checkout - he checked in with us regularly to ensure everything was perfect • The peaceful location was perfect - quiet and serene, yet just two train stops from all the Interlaken action • The accommodation was exceptionally well-equipped The combination of peaceful surroundings and easy train access to Interlaken made this the perfect base for our Swiss adventure. This place was the highlight of our trip! We couldn't stop watching the mountains from our room. It is a beautiful cosy studio at a great location. It is not in the town center but that's what made this place special in our experience. It was a quiet and peaceful stay. It is in front of the bus stop and the bus is free with the Guest Card Heidi provided. We also loved walking to the apartment, it is a 20 mins walk and the view down is amazing. You can also walk to Pfingstegg and the Glacier Canyon. The place was very clean and it had everything we needed. Heidi was responsive from the beginning and communicated well. I would highly recommend!

The hosts have thought of everything and more to make your stay comfortable! They were very responsive and went above and beyond to help us with some additional items we needed. The space was clean and peaceful. We cooked every morning and almost every night, and we had everything we needed. The sofa bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept on! As others noted, it is quite a walk (and mostly uphill on the way from town). Definitely recommend calling the taxi when you arrive to make it easier with luggage (and locating the house) - we thought we could do it and it was tough! Recommend their place above and beyond - just make sure you’ve considered that lengthy walk at the beginning and end of day, especially if you have kids and if weather is rainy (as it was most of our stay).

We had such a lovely time at Chalet Emmely. It was extremely clean and smartly renovated inside, with spectacular views of Grindelwald and the Eiger from the windows. There is a parking space included for a rental car, which was really convenient for us. The place is also located on a side road so it is very quiet and peaceful. The host Anita is so kind, attentive, and energetic. She took the time to meet us when we checked in, explained everything to us, and showed us around the property. We would highly recommend Chalet Emmely and we hope to be back one day soon!

Sara and Rob’s place is one the most beautiful Airbnb we’ve stayed in, tastefully decorated with love, with the most unbeatable view in the entire lauterbrunnen region- the magnificent snow capped mountain, the elegant church and the dramatic waterfall - all right in front of you from the living room, in the heart of the town but in a nice side street. Sara and Rob greeted us in person, gave us a nice welcome basket, and communicated promptly with us throughout our entire trip. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay!
