This is an active place ~ the children here are free-spirited and we are busy building a cultural center for (homeschooling) families, so there is a lot of play, projecting, and family-friendly events happening.. Arkitekttegnet lavenergihus i træ fra Østerlars savværk. Huset ligger hævet over Listed(Svaneke), 1 minuts gang fra badestigen på havnen og 5 minutters gang fra den smukke strand "Høl". Huset ligger ugenert og med en fantastisk udsigt over Listed, Østersøen og Christians Ø. Der er gulvvarme på begge etager, og huset er velegnet til vinterophold. Huset er allergivenligt, og kæledyr ikke tilladt. Opholdet er uden sengelinned, håndklæder etc, men kan bestilles i god tid for 200 DKK per person.

Kun 1,5 km til standen! 🏖️ Der er både carport og gratis parkering foran huset. 🚗

Modern summerhouse with a view

Our unique 100m2 summerhouse was designed by a Danish/Norwegian architect couple and was built in 2023. The historic stone fence beautifully frames the house and the view of the crashing waves of the Baltic Sea, providing stunning scenery from the common areas. The house has an open floor plan with high ceilings filled with natural light. It is divided into a bedroom wing and a common area, and we've decorated it simply with natural materials to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

Stenhuggeren have - glamping (havecamping) I hjertet af Bornholm, i en stort og ugeneret have med blik på solnedgangen over markerne op mod Almindingen - hvor Nydamsåen smøger sig igennem haven, der er anlagt i cottagestil, findes der tre telte (5 m i diameter), der er indrettet hyggeligt og opredt med dobbeltseng eller to enkelte senge. Der er adgang til fælles toilet og bad samt veludstyret køkken med gaskomfur, ovn, opvaskemaskine og hylde i køleskabet /skuffe i fryseren.

På grænsen til Blykobbe plantage, 700 m fra stranden og med åbne vidder i baghaven ligger dette tiny house, der med sin beliggenhed giver dig mulighed for fine naturoplevelser, gode vandreture, løbe- og mountainbikeruter og et godt udgangspunkt for alle de fantastiske oplevelser, som Bornholm byder på. Huset er lille og rustikt. Enkelt indrettet og rummer alt det basale for en god ferie. Der er 5 km. til Rønne og 4 km. til Hasle, busforbindelser tæt på og fri parkering.

Invite your partner, family or friend out into nature and hear the song lark sing from your terrace. Cook our biodynamic products on your gas grill and grab something cold to drink from your fridge. Visit the bird towers on foot a few kilometers from the trailer. End the day in good company under the stars. We can't wait to welcome you :)

Or enjoy the time indoors in front of the wood stove with a cup of coffee and a game with the kids. 800 m to Tejn town and a walk by the sea and 4 km to Allinge. Sandkås beach is about 3 km away

Enjoy the tranquility of the cozy guest house, which is located in the middle of scenic surroundings with a view of the sea from the meadow where you can relax in our sensory garden - we have chosen to build a high bed, with steps, so there is a view over the meadow when you lie down and look out. It can be a little challenging for older people to get up.

Kyhlsro is the name of this architect-designed house that was completed in 2024. A hide away for physical and mental rest and recreation that invites you amusement, play, desire and creativity. Beautiful, modern and functional is the theme of this oasis. Kyhls beach is only a 200 meter walk via scenic paths, the beach is wide with the finest white sand.
