The house is 50 m² and features a private 36 m² stone-paved courtyard where you can enjoy the sea and the horizon.

The residence is built at the foot of Xirovouni in Central Evia. Xirovouni is a continuation of Dirfys and although its name is full of rich and dense vegetation. Fir trees, plane trees and oaks are the scenery of the area and the view of the house. The accommodation is 50 meters outside the picturesque village of Kambia which is built on the slope of the ravine. Our apartment is a quiet and cozy ground-floor home in Agioi Apostoloi, Evia. It’s 82 sq.m. with a fireplace, heating, and A/C. It hosts 5–6 guests with 2 double-bed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed and crib (upon request), and 1 bathroom. It has a large yard and private parking. Just 2 minutes by car from the sea and village center—ideal for year-round relaxation!
