On an original farm, we have lovingly created a vacation home to dream of. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be! A large garden invites you to linger. In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

In 2 minutes, you are in the small town center. The beach is located on the Outer Müritz, which can be reached in about 15 minutes by bike or by free city bus. The stop is 2 minutes from the apartment. The bike path passes by our house in about 100 meters. You can enjoy nature and leisure on the Müritz. In a quiet location, 300 m away from the largest inland lake in Germany, we welcome you to our holiday apartment Müritz. Suitable for 2 people it is located in the souterrain of our home. Our holiday apartment is ideal for couples or business travelers. When booking our holiday apartment Kölpinsee (4pers.) in the same house, you can enjoy your holiday at the Müritz as a large family with up to 6 people.

If you are looking for absolute nature and idyll, you have come to the right place. In the sleeping car there is an extra large bed with a sleeping area of 2.50 x 2.0 m. The trailer has an electrical connection. Bed linen can be rented for €10 per person on request. The (contemporary) bathroom (toilet/shower) is located in the extra entrance of the adjacent residential building about 110 meters away. The bathroom is also used by the other “campers.”

In the middle of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania - idyllically located and surrounded by forests and lakes - lies our listed farm. The uniquely quiet location invites you to linger. Our apartments have been completely rebuilt in traditional solid oak half-timbered construction and were completed in 2019. In the house there are two neighboring apartments with separate entrances. The description refers to the smaller apartment.

On the former orchard, where rabbit and deer sometimes meet, we would like to welcome our peace-seeking and nature-seeking guests. The surrounding Mecklenburg Lake District invites you to explore: cycling, visiting castles, music festivals from classical to fusion, lakes invite you to swim, fish and canoe...
