Here you live in a newly renovated place with an orangery as a kitchen/living room. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from Lund C, universities and green areas. The bedrooms are located on the lower level with a spacious bathroom and an additional separate toilet with sink. Sliding doors to the garden and patio provide an extra room in spring and summer. The accommodation is suitable for family or colleagues on a business trip. Parking is available in the neighborhood for SEK 6/hour during the day on weekdays. Sunday no charge. Good wifi. Trampoline in the garden.

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. Spanning 23 m² (248 sq. ft.), it includes a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The water heater provides approximately 50 liters, which is equivalent to about a 7-minute shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a 120-cm bed, and in the living room, there is a 90-cm sofa bed. The cabin is best suited for one person (hot water), but it can also accommodate two guests.

Swedish Logcabin, with a role model from the United States. Sit on the porch and consider our Japandi Garden and Koi fishes in the pond. Cook, sit and enjoy, or sleep well in a nice and peaceful environment. Feel free to use the whole garden. There is a very good Italian restaurant in the village. Closed on Mondays. Now closed for vacation until August 4. Good transportation. Note: The railway is close by, which can be disruptive to those who are light sleepers. Smoking in the cabin and on the property is prohibited due to fire risk!

The accommodation is within walking distance of Lund's cultural experiences, parks, restaurants, cafés, museums and much more. The accommodation is about a 7-minute walk from the Central Station. From the station, it takes 14 minutes to Malmö and 45 minutes to Copenhagen by train. If you want to hang out on the beach and swim, it takes 15 minutes by bus from the station to Lomma, Bjärred or Habo Ljung.

The apartment is located in the city center near the university, the Botanical Garden, grocery stores, and shops. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used. We open up each bedroom based on the guests' booking and specific request. The living room, kitchen, and 1 bathroom are always included. There is a washing machine in the apartment. An additional laundry room is located in the basement, which is accessed via the garden on the left side of the house - as seen from the garden.

The flat is located next to Hardebergaspåret - bikepath that takes you to the city centre which is 30 mins walk or less than 10 minutes on the bus that runs frequently into the centre. We provide bicycles for our guests- so you can discover Lund like a native!

Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.
