Our restored, half-timbered house in the village centre of Christinenfeld is only four kilometres away from the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. The cozy apartment Dorfstraße 8 has a wooden floor, south-facing terrace and garden access. A separate outbuilding features table tennis and table football. The Klützer Winkel region offers white beaches, wild cliffs and a wide, hilly landscape with sea views. Wismar and Lübeck with their famous old towns (both UNESCO World Heritage Sites) are close.

By the pool and beach 4

In the middle of nature lies the small vacation village of Barendorf. Anyone looking for peace and quiet in a nicely furnished two-room apartment between Lübeck-Travemünde and Boltenhagen is in good hands here. The 9 x 5 m indoor pool invites you with a water temperature of 26 degrees in winter, as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with a southeast orientation. The uncrowded beach can be reached on foot via a hiking trail through beautiful nature (about 800 m).

Baltic Sea apartment "Alte Schule Welzin" - beach (15 min)

This lovingly furnished apartment in the country house style is part of the former village school of Welzin. The building has been here for over 100 years, far away from media and city noise. If you just want to "get out" and do without the TV, you will find the best starting point for a great Baltic Sea vacation here. Sunbathing on the Baltic Sea, fishing, cycling, kitesurfing and much more. 3 Baltic Sea beaches alone can be reached in 15 minutes. A fireplace ensures a cozy indoor climate.

Inmitten von Feldern und Knicks findest Du hier ein ruhiges Plätzchen am Feldrand mit Weitblick über die Ostsee, der Ostseestrand ist in 20min mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Es erwartet Dich ein frisch ausgebauter 14m" grosser Bauwagen mit einem Bett (160), einer kleinen Küchenzeile und je einer Sitzgelegenheit innen/aussen. Das WC und die Dusche befinden sich in einem weiteren Bauwagen nebenan. Frisches Gemüse und Eier aus unserem Garten stehen saisonal zur Verfügung, sowie ein Klappfahrrad :)

In der komfortabel eingerichteten 2-Zimmer-FEWO im 1.OG können sich bis zu 4 Personen heimisch fühlen. Die erste Wohnebene bietet eine offene Küche mit Essbereich, ein Gästezimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, Kleiderschrank und TV sowie ein Bad mit Dusche und WC mit Waschmaschine. Die zweite Wohnebene bietet Ihnen einen großen offenen Raum mit einem bequemen Wohnbereich mit TV auf der linken Raumhälfte sowie einen gemütlichen Schlafbereich auf der rechten Raumhälfte. WLAN steht zur Verfügung.

The bungalow is in a quiet location - it is only about 850 m to the pier and the Baltic Sea beach. It has a cozy living-kitchen area with fireplace, sitting area, smart TV, bedroom., shower/toilet, two terraces, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and car parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. The location is perfect, it is only about 100 m to the beach, numerous shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, bakeries, sports facilities and events, everything is in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance. With 80 square meters of living space, you have plenty of space for up to 4 people. The apartment is equipped with everything your heart desires. Another highlight is the large, sunny balcony.

Meine Gäste sprechen z.b: vom "einzigartigen Erlebnis", vom "liebevoll ausgebauten Bauwagen" und dem "tollem Flair" in "großartiger Umgebung". Ich sage: Es gibt kein WLAN! Haus Ahlma - A1

Haus Ahlma is centrally located in Boltenhagen, only about 350 meters from the beach and 450 meters from the spa park. Close to shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and a pharmacy. The house is divided into two halves (A- and M-side). Each half has a separate entrance, through which you can reach an apartment on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. A parking space is available for each apartment right by the house.
