It is a sustainable wooden house with a large covered terrace overlooking a small lake, a small beach, and a dinghy that you can row in. The house is located in the ecological housing cooperative Friland with about 100 residents. Here, you can enjoy lovely walks both in Friland and in the local area, where there is a Købmandsgård in Feldballe with a bakery, a grocery store, and a wine and whiskey shop. Bicycles may be used.

All the way in-between the two houses you have forest and nature all around you! A perfect place for those seeking peace and quiet immerse yourself in nature's grand playground.

The nearby town of Ebeltoft is also a must, with its 15th & 16th century buildings and small boutique shops.

It's a 221m2 restored farmhouse from 1865 with a lot of charm and character. Groundfloor consits of kitchen with gasstove, dining area, sitting area, three bedrooms, a wood stove and a bathroom. First floor contains a great sitting area with 9 persons couch for the whole family and big tv-screen for chilling (Netflix and Disney+), an extra bathroom, two bedrooms. Both the dining area and the master bedroom has direct acces to the large wooden terrace and garden.
