It is equipped with kitchenette (larder fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster but no oven or hob), shower/washroom, small sofa, mezzanine level with double mattress, wood burning stove, television and private outdoor seating area with bike lock-up. Two excellent village pubs within 100 yards.

The barn conversion is a 3 bedroom property, two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, sleeps 6 The cottage is in a rural Nottinghamshire village, with countryside walks on your doorstep Electric heating and electric fire Beds are made up. Pet-friendly cottage. TOWELS PROVIDED (medium sized bath towels) Before leaving please strip the beds and put sheets in the laundry basket. Please empty bins and take all food away. Please leave cottage tidy.

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
