I rent an apartment for 2+2 persons in one of the most beautiful and peaceful streets in the nearest center of Osijek. Only 25 m from the pedestrian bridge where there is also the famous promenade "Promenade" along the Drava River, near the famous bathing area "Copacabane". Across the property there is a park called Perivoj kralja Tomislava and several tennis courts. From the property you have only 250 m to the main market and 500 m to Tvrđa and the center. Free parking available in the courtyard. A dead end with no parking fees!

Our small holiday house "Huisje Klein maar Fijn" is located in the middle of the center of the village so that many facilities are within 150 meters such as: playground, Kulturház, post office and a supermarket. The Danube is located less than 750 meters from the cottage. Wonderfully central and equipped with all the comforts! The “Cottage Small but Fine” has been completely renovated and is suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child. We have tried to create an atmospheric ambience which we think has succeeded!

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Többi apartmanunkhoz hasonlóan itt is próbáltunk egyedi dizájnt létrehozni és úgy érezzük ez sikerült is, de ezt ne mi döntsük el. Gyere, próbáld ki ! :)
