Charming villa with lake view, a stone's throw from the city center, only 5 minutes' walking distance from Sigtuna's picturesque pedestrian street. The house is very spacious with 5 bedrooms + 1 bedroom in a guest house with access to the house and offers plenty of space for both family and friends. Both house and plot with large terrace are fully furnished, 50 meters from a jetty that has a swimming area. In the house, there is both a sauna and a fireplace and two tiled stoves that enhance the stay.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

The property is located in Knivsta Centrum about 100m from Knivsta commuter train station. With UL: 8 minutes to Uppsala Central Station. With SJ and Mälartåg: 27 mins to Stockholm Central Station. The Attefall house is completely secluded from the main property with its own driveway and outdoor area. Inside, you'll find all permanent housing facilities.
