Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. För tillfället under reparation. Tillgänglig från 20/5.

Nära finner du friluftsområdet Fjällnora och om du önskar att komma in till stan är det cirka 20 minuter in till Uppsala stad där du finner allt utbud av restauranger och shopping du kan tänka dig.
