Apricity Cottage is a perfect place to relax in a calm and beautiful space. The central location provides a great base to explore all that the Artists Town of Kirkcudbright has to offer. This newly refurbished cottage has interiors designed by a local, proffesssional interior designer giving it a cosy, stylish ambiance further enhanced by the log burning stove and luxury furnishings. The south facing cottage gives a light airy feel throughout and has a small outside space for drinks and dining.

The Gardeners Cottage @ Corvisel - cosy & quirky!

The Gardeners Cottage is set within the walled gardens of Corvisel House, built by Rear Admiral John McKerlie in 1829. We have restored the cottage in a vintage, quirky style with Donegal & Harris tweed soft furnishings & floral accents to reflect the glorious garden outside! It's located at the edge of Newton Stewart so very handy for evening strolls to the eateries in town. You can take walks in our small forest from the courtyard & hang out in the walled garden - green fingers are welcomed!!

Unfortunately no dogs/children/ infants are allowed as we are a working sheep farm & surrounded by water. Built in 2000, the Annexe is a modern attachment to the owner’s home. Designed with privacy in mind, it is situated above the property’s double garage and is accessed by a private external stairway. In an elevated position with panoramic views over adjoining farmlands to Kirkcudbright Bay and the Solway Firth, the Annexe is a self-contained wing of the owner's recently built home. It is delightfully light and comfortable, everything you'll need for a relaxing holiday.
